bought a set of crankarms. ngl was a little nervous ordering from overseas. Pre-Order Sales was very courteous and not pushy. shipping was excellent. product appears fantastic. install was a breeze. they even emailed me after it delivered to check in. I have not used the cranks yet but they appear very well made and nice...I can't foresee an issue. was happy with my overall experience.

Eddy was great to deal with. The process was smooth and he made it so easy for me. We agreed on a budget and then he took it from there. He had me sized up and then he ordered everything. He exceeded my expectations and so I’m glad to have met him.

Great experience dealing with underdog. They where very helpful and knowledgeable with the parts I was looking for. They offered quick responses and shipped my components in a quickly. No tarrifs shipping to California. They can take my moneys.

I reached out to Underdogs Cycling because they have strong access to the Chinese market while still being established in North America. They’re based in Canada (back east from me), but compared to other options — many of which are located directly in China or Europe — this gave me a lot more confidence.
