Panda Podium Anmeldelser

I've ordered two sets of wheel, a crank, and handlebars from Joe and the team at Panda Podium. I've also had two other friends order products. Shipping and high volume times can sometimes effect shipping dates but everything always showed up. The team is helpful if you questions and custom parts. I had my handlebars fitted with custom spacers for my bike. Probably the best site to get Chinese bike products in a western country.

Ordered 165mm Cybrei carbon cranks for Shimano. Timely delivery, absolutely beautiful cranks. Did 16.000km in 9 months without any problems, still looking like new.

Super smooth experience purchasing from Panda Podium, super fast answers to any of your questions, they really take care of you. I purchased a 165 mm Cybrei carbon crankset and chain rings. Wonderful products, super light and beautifully worked, easy to assemble, put on and tune, work perfectly with my Ultegra di2 and my Evolve Cima.
All in all, I'll buy again from Panda Podium.

The shipping was fast, and when I contacted the store regarding my order, customer service answered quickly. I bought a carbon handlebar and I'm very happy with my purchase. I will buy from this store again.

Exclusive top quality products. I am very happy with the OVERFAST Ultralight Thru Axles.

All was perfect with them. Attention before and after purchase, shipment, product. I'll deal with them in the future for sure.

Had a really good experience with Panda Podium. I’ve ordered from them a few times and everything went smoothly. Communication was good and the products arrived exactly as expected.

In my opinion it’s one of the best and most trustworthy places to buy cycling gear directly from Chinese brands. Definitely recommended.

Through Panda Podium, I ordered a set of Farsports Evo S5 wheels, which were sent promptly and solidly packaged to me in the Netherlands. Great service!

I bought TPU tubes and received them rather quickly. But there was an error, I received 45mm tubes instead of 65mm tubes. They send me the replacement gratis and I was about to give for free the wrong tubes to my friends.

I ordered a wheelset from Panda Podium and it got lost during delivery: I informed them and they sent a replacement rather quickly, hustle free!
All communication was quick and on point, other companies could learn from them!

With them, you dont only feel like a customer, more like a partner or friend.

I had a great experience buying from Panda Podium!

I had been aware of Joe and his website for quite a while, and I have enjoyed his content on his own YouTube channel as well as on the Nero Show and others.

I’m currently in the process of modernising my range of bikes so decided to buy a Magene PES powermeter from Panda Podium.

The website was clear and simple to use. No issues ordering to the UK.

All the product information was there.

My order was easy to track and I also got a nice freebie of some TPU tubes, which will also go on my new, more modern build.

There’s some great stuff on Joe’s site and he and his team are doing a great job with free information and also by supporting amazing riders like Harry Hennem!

Thanks Panda Podium! 🐼 🇨🇳🏁🚴🏻‍♂️🚴🏻🚴🏼‍♀️

I have purchased multiple products and some I had a lot of questions. Team was extremely helpful and responded fast. Also bought a set of wheels and handlebars. Best experience, excellent shipping and most all good and well vetted products. Can not praise them enough. Will buy many more items from them.

Great service from the Panda Podium team, reliable and always responsive to any kind of questions i sent there way. Purchased Tavelo arow frame and CRW 50/60s wheelset, top quality. Highly recommend!

Great service, top products. Bought a Magene exar wheelset and p515 powermeter. The are great valeu for money. Will buy more in the future.

Product selection on the website well defined. Trustworthy product information. Checkout was easy. Shipping information and updates accurate and reliable. Shipment arrived sooner than expected. More than satisfied with the product.

I’ve bought a couple of items from panda podium — handlebars in both cases — the service was top quality and delivery prompt and efficient. Delivered from China to Australia in about a week. The staff were very happy to answer my dumb questions in both cases before purchase. Definitely recommend!

PandaPodium is great for delivering high-end Chinese bike parts. There’s no doubt about quality like with other Chinese selling platforms. Shipping is also clear.
I bought a Bigrock Sohtea frameset and I love it. The specs and build quality are amazing for the price level.

All of my transactions with Panda Podium have been very positive. I have purchased a Quick Pro AR:One frame set, CRW 50/60 and 40/45 wheelsets, two bar stems and a seat. The frame weighed in at 820 grams. Built up with SRAM AXS Red the complete bike weighed 7.0 kg with the 50/60 wheels and 6.7 kg with 40/45 wheels. I have ridden the bike 3500 miles without any problems. The headset and BB (BBInfinite) have been perfect. The 50/60 wheels are very fast but are hard to handle on windy days. I use TPU tubes in both wheels. I plan on buying the ER One frame set in 2026 from Panda Joe. And another set of wheels. Maybe the TT frame too.

I've bought a few things from PP. Very easy to deal with. I had some questions that they answered very quickly. When I had a problem with the magene power meter cranks they quickly provided support. And sent me a replacement. This was nearly two years after purchase.

Panda Podium deserve more than 5 Stars.
I have purchased a few sets of CRW Wheels and recently a Quick Pro Frameset. At every step, specifically Ava and Joe have gone above and beyond to make the experience as a customer second to none. They set the benchmark, full stop.
