Panda Podium Anmeldelser

Bought the CRW 5060’s last year and will be racing on them for 2026. Great customer service and excellent wheel build quality!

Shipped in a strong box with good protection/padding.

Fast shipping to Austria and tracking through the whole process.

Will be back once they release the new Aeroad cockpit 👀

Super impressed with the buying experience from Panda Podium. I wanted to make purchase recently and my the payment would not go through at the checkout. I sent a message using the assistance feature the appears in the lower right, and I was able to talk through the issue and PP offered me a different payment route that worked readily. We even sorted out some more details associated with the order. It was all very much as if I was standing in a shop, talking to a sales person. Really appreciated the super service.

I made a purchase of Farsport s series wheels with ceramic bearings. Wheels are great! Rode them 3500 miles last year. Shipping was great! Note this was before someone implemented tariffs. I’m sure PP has something in place to help this situation but not clear it totally.

My communication with them went smoothly, and the order was shipped within the acceptable timeframe that had been agreed in advance. Out of many orders, there was one minor issue, but they immediately sent a replacement part, so it did not cause me any inconvenience. What I appreciate most is their strong warranty support — if any issue arises, they address it quickly and without delays. I highly recommend purchasing their products from this website, as they meet very high standards.

I have ordered from Panda Podium several times, and every purchase has been smooth and trouble-free. Excellent value and great products. I'm very satisfied with everything I have bought so far.

Excellent company to deal with. Top notch customer service, superb products (CRW works HB01 integrated bars are unreal, so pleased with them). Fast free delivery to the UK, tracked all the way.

Small parts and frames delivered to Europe

I purchased an OVERFAST Light Carbon crankset in December 2025 and a Permanent C10 bottle cage with a Panda water bottle set in January. Unfortunately, I can't say exactly how long the delivery to the EU took, but I didn't find it too long – perhaps three weeks, which met my expectations. The products are excellent, and the communication is first-class. In February, I ordered a Quick Pro AR:One Carbon road bike frame and can't wait to unpack and build it up. Overall, a very reliable and trustworthy company with friendly and helpful staff.

I had ordered the previous year’s model, by mistake and Tom corrected my mistake in no time. Also queries about frame size was answered promptly. I ordered a wheelset and frame Evolve Cima. The labelling on the boxes saved me a lot of money on import duties. That was unexpected and really appreciated. I love the new bike. Feels like cheating. So responsive and light. Can’t wait to place an other order this time for a gravel bike.

Great range of the latest goodies. Purchased a set of farsports which are great wheels, but the rest of the purchasing process was handled perfectly by Panda Podium. Got great advice prior to purchase and shipping packaging and associated timelines were about as quick as you could ever hope for. Would happily use again.

I bought the overfast aero cranks and am back looking at buying the quickpro ER:one through panda podium, it's been a great experience both times and panda podium are always willing to help with as much info as possible leading in to a purchase and are full of knowledge on compatibility between brands/products.

Bought a number of items over the past few years, best of which were CRW 2026 60/50 Wheels. Overall great interaction, advice and sharing of their real world testing experiences as well as Q&A on various specs/bearings etc. so overall highly recommended. Tracking isn't as clear as you'd ideally like (outside of their control), but everything arrived (to IRL-EU) in a short few weeks.
Would certainly buy again without hesitation.

Purchased my Evolve Cima and farsports wheels with Joe and his team, and could not fault the service.

Tom was super helpful when I was selecting the correct frame size and seat post setback.

Everything was beautifully packed, and I was kept up to date with shipping details.

Highly recommended, and I'll be back for my next purchase soon.

They are great...ordered a crankset (before asked informations and received a really kind and good answer) and received it quickly !
Great quality for the all new cycling component. Thanks

I really appreciate the work Joe does to research and find the best products from China.
Website very easy to navigate and use.
Happy customer!

Got a great deal on tpu tubes. Nice shopping experience.

Ordered the improved CRW5060 wheelset and the shipping was actually a few weeks faster than predicted.
I‘m very happy with my order and I think my next bike will be built from a frame and parts from Panda Podium.

Many thanks to Tom, Frank, Ome and Joe for all the support with the shipping. They truly stand behind their website and the service they provide.
I’ve already shopped with them twice, and there will definitely be more in the future.
Thank you!

I order Farsport Evo 5s and i would 100% buy them again from panda podium. The shipping and packaging was excelent and fast.

I purchased titanium thru Axels received the product within a reasonable time with a little gift thrown in was a nice touch !

The entire experience was fast easy. I was worried at first if my order would come in time or even at all but Panda communication and follow up was excellent and I am looking forward to getting some more upgrades to my bike!
