I ordered the black pampa shoes she they are so kool and incredibly comfortable! I love them! Would have given 5 stars but the postage took ten days and no option to get faster delivery. Would highly recommend for comfort and style though!

The experience of ordering from Palladium is horrible in Spain

They use a delivery service called SEUR and the order is stuck somewhere and I am unable to have it delivered because they did not enter my address correctly.

Now I am having to call SEUR every day to see if they will finally fix the issue but no luck so far. Its been almost a week of calling.

the Pampa boots were a gift for my son and he was thrilled with them. They were true to size and very comfortable. The order was also dispatched very quickly. I would definitely recommend Palladium boots.

I've been wearing Palladium boots ever since my dad brought me a pair home from France as a teenager. Sturdy, lightweight boots but with excellent support and great grip. I don't know how many pairs I've had of them now, but they've taken me down the Samarian gorge, across the Alps, through Transylvania and the moshpit at countless festivals. I've even swum and crossed rivers in them - canvas construction means they dry out very swiftly.

Palladium's website is easy to used, and delivery was quick and straightforward.

We ordered a pair of shoes, their delivery partner in the UK was terrible, delivered to a completely random address (from picture) so never received package, I have been trying to reach customer service at Palladium for 3 days with absolutely no acknowledgement, no response! This is an extremely disappointing and discouraging experience! Not acceptable!

Well designed, badly manufactured. The biggest problem i find with them are the heels. Both pairs i have, if i don't use a shoe horn, my heel pushes down what seems to be a very flimsy heel protection between two layers of fabric (in one it felt like it was just cardboard), forcing me take the shoes off, re-align the heel fabric and try again.

I accept they're meant to last forever for the price, but having to re-adjust the heel lining pretty much every time i step into them is very annoying.

Ordered from Palladium but they were let down twice by their UK delivery partner, Evri, who failed to deliver, when they said they'd tried and then returned the goods to sender
Fair play to Palladium that they fully refunded me but I think they need to look at their UK delivery partner and use someone more reliable

Very happy with my purchases. Takes a few days to arrive, but very carefully packaged and the quality of the boots is superb.

Easy to navigate, love this brand for quality and performance
