Post order process was unclear and although I got two emails saying my order had been selected and then dispatched there was no tracking information or link to a courier. After 7 days with no delivery I contacted Palladium who said the shipment had been 'lost'. No further information and no offer to replace the items. They said they would refund me, but so far this has not happened.

Customer service none existent. Tried numerous times to reach their customer service team only to be ignored. A size 42 is not a UK10. Website states my item is not eligible for return. This is not their policy. Awful company to deal with.

Took ages to get my boots. They would have been great but they arrived faulty and now I have to pay 5 GBP to return them...

They lost my order for 2 weeks. I paid for next day delivery so when it wasn’t dispatched I contacted via both the email and form and the website and nobody got back to me. I opened a PayPal dispute. When I went to social media to complain they give me a different email address, that isn’t on the website.
I emailed and said what had happened and that the boots now couldn’t arrive in time for my hiking trip so to please refund me. I got a response saying they were sorry they lost my order and they had now dispatched the boots.
Don’t know how they can lose an order and also terrible customer service (and website information).

The most comfortable, stylish shoes & boots - I seem t have a pair for every occasion and my husband is now a convert!

Absolutely terrible nonexistent customer service and despite the 'co.uk' website note they are NOT a UK company
They did finally reply, and then supplied the wrong shipping label with the wrong refund amount and then went silent again.
Strongly advise to shop elsewhere because they totally ignore customers and refuse to own their own mistakes.
Really disappointing and will likely need to go via bank to get reimbursement

Firstly, the website was friendly and easy to navigate. Secondly, the shoes were a perfect and comportable fit. Thirdly, tracking the item was useful as it helped me to know when the item was arriving.

Initial prices are high but buy in sales gives value.
Delivery reasonably quick and well informed.

I have been buying Palladium shoes for years. I love the quality and the change in style range. My wife now has a pair, so the buying loop continues even more now.

Delivery was fast and on time.

I love the product. The colour is great and it fits perfectly. It's so soft under my feet. I feel like I'm floating on air when I walk.

Great boots, delivery not the fastest but happy once they had arrived. I will defo be buying some more boots.

I ordered three pairs of shoes in size 10.5 UK and they all fit nicely. Delivery took a couple of days longer than expected as the shipment was clear of customs for a while, before the local courier collected it, but otherwise fine. The shoes are all good quality in my opinion and I love the variety of styles and colours that are badged as unisex on the site.
