Absolutely amazing!
I truly can’t fault PaidFocusGroup from my experience so far. I’ve had a decent amount of surveys and have just cashed out my first reward which arrived quickly. Customer service has also been fab so I’m happy to give 5 stars :)

Best Survey Site
Excellent survey site. Surveys are interesting and posted often, resulting in a quick turn around to redeem points for your efforts. They offer a PayPal "cash out" as well, which is rare for these types of sites but hugely appreciated. Monthly prize draws are a fun addition as well.

The surveys are plentiful
The surveys are plentiful, but it does take a long time to get to the £10 reward. There is the odd opportunity to take part in market research also, which is much more lucrative, and certainly worth being a member of the site for.

I have participated in many surveys…
I have participated in many surveys takes a long time to reach £10 voucher and not given full marks as you can spend a long time on a survey and find it's been rejected for inconsistent answers eg on business travel there as been Covid19 so the answers won't be consistent.
So if you get frustrated over time spent on a survey and you get this not for you but if you have dead time inbetween things give it a go

Hi Masato,
Thank you for your review! Yes unfortunately the qualification measures for some of our surveys require that answers be within very strict guidelines otherwise the client will not be able to use them for their research.
We apologise for any disappointment regarding this but we have passed along your feedback and please do let us know if you have any issues moving forward.
Warmest regards,
Diana

Sign up! You won't regret it.
I get paid like £50-60 for an hour to talk to people on the phone, in person eating biscuits, or over webcam. Seriously what is there to dislike?! It's not every single day unfortunately but if you fancy an extra £50 or more every couple of months.... Go! Really nice staff as well. The conversations are interesting and I like to listen to myself talk, so getting money for it is a dream.

I'm always excited to get an email from PFG offering a survey for me to participate in. The surveys are varied, well laid out and well formatted. I particularly like the fact that even if I don't end up being eligible to take part in the full survey, I get points for showing my interest. Here's to many more.

Easy to complete surveys
Easy to complete surveys. The surveys are always short and are completable in the time stated. For example if it states 5 minutes that is how long I find it will take me to complete. Easy to convert points to cash payout or vouchers of your choice.

In order for us to investigate further, can you please email contact@paidfocusgroup.co.uk with your profile details? This would be a great help in resolving the issue.
We look forward to hearing from you soon.
