Really good company with great customer service. The staff have always been polite and happy to help with whatever query or questions I have had. Most recently, I received an unexpected message from the customer service team regarding a project I took part in last month to advise me that I have been credited for the project and also an apology that it took so long (the project info wasn't clear and gave the impression customers would have been paid sooner). Wasn't expected because usually (from experience with other companies) you'd just see the credit to your account! Thank you Paid Focus Group for being empathetic and your support for the time that I have been with you.

Great way to make extra money, surveys and market research opportunities available. Quick payout too

They are a great team. Very helpful and friendly. They always respond quickly and they are always VERY understanding. Excellent!

I was happy with the work done in the company
They treat each other much better than any other company

I enjoy this site and I want to know more and do more survey about it

the best website I have ever seen, so simple and easy to use and you get quite a lot of surveys sent to you which are quite straightforward to complete just giving your opinions, once you get 20,000 points you can get a £10 gift card or Paypal payment into your account.
Highly recommend..!! you would be stupid not to, a great way of making extra cash on the side.

They sent me a shady link to log in to my Amazon account, which i of course denied. This is not genuine Amazon survey.
I also checked how many of these surveys i have to fill in order to get 10£ voucher- about 9! which is about 7 hours of your time, which is pure greediness. The other research groups i do are 50-100£ for an hour.

I use this app everyday. The surveys are really quick, and I get to a £10 gift card within a month. I also really like their star/raffle system. I never gamble with actual money because the odds are absolutely not worth it ever, but this is free and the odds of winning are pretty high since only a few thousand people enter each month!

I have been using the site for years and Partaken in many survey. It definitely pays off if you are consistent with it!

Surveys are great. Rewards are legit and delivered quick. Support team are really helpful. Simple website, not confusing at all. The only complaint would be some surveys had issues and may not work properly but this is rare case.

I've been on Paid Focus for a while and can confidently say that it's legit. As i'm online for pretty much most part of the day completing the surveys isn't a problem, payment is always fast and over time i've completed a wide range of surveys which have paid out quite well. They have various extra competitions as well as a monthly prize draw.

Guess what? I've only gone and won myself a Panasonic 4K Smart TV :-)

i enjoy doing these survey they are easy and quick to do on the move

All the different surveys are amazing to take part of! They always make sure to have such fun and interesting questions. By far my favourite application on my phone ☺️

Great way to earn a few quid. Simple and easy to use app. Quick and easy to earn too. Plus there is the monthly draw you can enter too and an advent calander where you can win an instant £10 which I thinks pretty fun! Have been using for a few months now and will inevitably continue for years to come!

Legitimate way to earn some quick money and also product trials and forums. Paid out easily either in PayPal or vouchers, whichever you prefer.

Great to be rewarded for my time. Highly recommend PaidFocusGroup as I can do the surveys when it suits me and earn from them.

Iv really enjoyed doing the surveys and I like that you can be paid in cash. It does take a while to build up the points but I’m setting aside a couple of hours a day to complete them so it soon adds up. Keep them coming

Great to do research this way, learn from it and get rewarded. Very dedicated company and prompt payment. Though, it can take some time to reach the target to redeem the points, it is still worthwhile.

It can take rather a long time to reach the £10 payout and you can't always access the surveys. However the surveys are interesting and if you can get into a market research project it's much better paid. Worth doing if you have some spare time.
