Do not order from this company, it's a scam. Not based in UK, goods are cheap Chinese goods. They do not post out from UK, every item comes from China, please read there cancellation policy and delivery policy very carefully.

A classic case of I should have read the reviews before placing an order. My order for sleeping ear plugs has not arrived after weeks of waiting! The company just keeps fobbing me off with excuses, blaming the UK carrier. They must think that we are stupid, in fact we are very stupid to order from this fraudulent Chinese outfit in the first place. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE NOT A UK BASED COMPANY AND ARE TOTAL FRAUDSTERS!

They are just stealing your money.
Do not buy from them.

Item ordered and waited 2 weeks to be told that delivery was made! But NOT at my address as I never received them. Will take no responsibility for the delivery. Avoid!!!

Please,please don't waste your money with those shoes, horrible shoes,no really good for your feet ,I get them for my fasciitis plantar problem and honestly didn't work at all,plus when you try to return them is just so difficult, no leather, cheap material! So disappointed!

Ordered 10 days ago. Thought was comming from the UK for a gift. 10 days later the tracking system [useless] says its in Spain. So missed the birthday. Won't use again.

If you're mindful that your item(s) will take a while to arrive, then I cannot fault this company. The item I ordered was as described and customer services dealt with queries in a timely manner. The only downside was the delivery time frame.

Poor quality ill fitting boots. Have to pay for return to Poland. Avoid at all costs

Well, one item isn't for for purpose and the company are refusing to abide by UK legislation.

They need to provide a pre paid return label or a full refund according to UK Law.

I suspect this is a scam to get goods returned to Poland and negate import fees from China.

Too be honest, the stuff I've received is all very cheap and I could have bought it cheaper on eBay.

I ordered a pair of sandals from ortorex on the 20th of September. I measured my feet in order to receive the correct size on the website
The sandals arrived on the 10th of October not only are the too small the width is also very narrow. I have emailed them several times for a refund they replied and said would I take 70% refund and keep the sandals bearing in mind they aren't any good to me .The Alternative is to post them back to Poland tracked return which is £7.90

Terrible. What was supposed to be an orthopaedic shoe with lots of different things going on to support the wearer is just a piece of thin plastic.

They should say that item is dispatched from China, so the customer know estimated delivery time. Otherwise not bad, I could track the order. No delays, quality fine for the money.

I ordered what I thought was a carbon monoxide detector but it turned out to be a carbon dioxide one. Having realised my mistake I emailed straight away even though it was slightly longer than the 24 hours you have to make alterations to order. They were very helpful and thankfully agreed to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Very efficient customer service.

Please do not order from them !!!!!! Cheap and nasty goods. I ordered 2 items of orthopedic footwear, one sent was completely the wrong size. Very, very poor quality and not fit for purpose. Wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I was under the impression this was a UK company which it's not.

Damn, I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a pair of orthopedic slippers and got them a few weeks later which told me 1. They're not a UK company and 2. The slippers were not orthopedic. I sent an email to get a refund and they came back to me with either full refund if I send the item back - p&p on me or keep the item and receive 70% refund. I kept the slippers because it'd cost more to return and I wouldn't get my original p&p money refunded but the slippers are no good to man or beast! Lesson learnt:(
