Ein Stern ist noch Zuviel für diese Firma.Ware kommt nicht an, obwohl Sendungsnummer von DHL vorhanden war. Nach Prüfung durch DHL , weil die Ware hier nicht angekommen ist, wurde festgestellt das der Versender Fehlerhaft gearbeitet hat bei der Anschrift. Da stimmt Anschrift nicht mit Sendungsnummer überein! Da sich auf meine Mails nichts getan hat, jetzt Einschaltung von Paypal, damit ich hoffentlich mein Geld zurück bekomme. Finger weg von dieser Firma

I read trustpilot after already ordering and was worried I wouldn’t receive my order. It turned up yesterday, it did have tracking but it took a few weeks to arrive.

The neck pillow was as expected and compatible in price to John Lewis which is £35 and came branded as ortorex. However I ordered the bundle with neck stretcher and back heater which were not branded so not sure where these are from or if they are worth the money. In hindsight I would have ordered only the pillow had I known the other products were not branded.

Happy in general with what I got but delivery was slow.

Don’t even deserve a one star but couldn’t review without clicking , avoid this company or waste your money. Received what’s meant to be orthopaedic sliders what a waste of time could get the exact same on Temu for a fraction of the price. Learned my lesson this time. fake fake fake ‼️

Dont touch this with a barge pole - never seen something so poorly made and whilst marked XXL, it would not even fit my skinny 10 year old son and I would barely rate it as size small definetly not XXL, on top of all that it took 2 weeks to arrive, now waiting for a response from them as to when they will collect this garbage!

Women's orthopedic correction sandals. Dreadful poor quality. Too small. Flimsy material. Only fit for throwing in the bin.

I have facistis for quite a long time now. The first time I use my Ortorex pair of shoes I knew I made the right choice to buy them. It was comfortable. True to size and my foot didn't hurt at all after wandering around for long. It's a good product. Highly recommended 😊

ooo when did come overpriced and skimpy packaging never again

Not a UK company. Products are cheap and nasty and you cannot get a full refund because they insist you send goods to Poland via tracked mail, so convince you to keep them for 70% back. Do NOT purchase from this company under any circumstances.

I bought the ketone breath monitor on the 14th August and initially thought it worked well. That all changed when I was waiting for the device to warm up before I could blow into it. I received a phone call and didn't blow into the machine when it was ready yet bizarrely it told me I was in ketosis when it should have shown a green scree with N for not in ketosis. I tried it several times during the day with the same results and actually did a video recording of it showing ketosis when no one had blown into the device. I also noticed that the blowing countdown started at 10, 9, 8, 7 and then 4, 3, 2 and 1. Numbers 6 and 5 weren't counted. Ortorex have now stopped responding in spite of me doing what they asked. Terrible company who say their customer service us award winning. What award did it win? Worst customer service?

We purchased a heated scarf from Ortorex which did not heat up. We requested a full refund or a replacement scarf. After several emails this company requested a video to prove the item didn’t heat up. Apparently they wanted to make sure we were switching it on correctly! We obliged with a video along with sound stating not to blame our socket as it is used to charge our phones etc. We were offered 70% refund and we could keep the faulty scarf. We reported Ortorex to Pay Pal and after a few emails hey ho we received a full refund. To all those people who are offered 70% refund for their faulty goods, keep emailing, don’t give up.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS This company is not a UK company but is in fact a Chinese company. The website is misleading and the sizes on the shoes are actually US sizes but unless you scroll through several pages you would not know. I ordered what I assumed from the page I was using that the sizes were uk. My request to return the shoes in exchange for the correct size was refused
