What a dreadful company…, I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering from them. Don’t waste your money and your time in trying to have a faulty product issue resolved. Cheap trash

One star is too much. PLEASE REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS. They also advertise on Amazon so I will be reporting them to them also. Do not go near this company. Humidifier arrived late for a present. Wrong colour and not worth the money. It was supposed to come from the UK but actually came from china. Only offered partial refund. These chinese companies are scammers. I will only buy from Amazon now at least you get a refund. I am happy to amend my review if I get a full refund and can return item to their UK address to say that that has happened

I recommend avoid this company this scam quality 0 and company pay only 50% refund!!!!

Absolutely awful! Do not buy from this company. Wished I had never purchased the humidifier from them ….absolute tat! Cheap and does not work. Will be asking to return and refund but I am not holding my breath!

One star is already too much. They are basically thieves who steal your money. I bought an item from them it is supposed to be charged for 3 hours then it is supposed to be used. I charged it according to the instructions but it just didn't work, I tried again and it didnt work again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCAM YOU OFF YOUR MONEY. I WISH I HAD READ THE TRUST PILOT REVIEWS FIRST !

Item ordered but no delivery information provided. Still waiting after nearly a month.
Looking at other reviews I am concerned they've just taken my money and do not intend supply the goods.

Thanks s is a scam company sent me an item which was broken in half sent them order numbers dates pictures then they just kept asking for more they wanted a video then they asked to see the package label which was had to get out of the bottom of a bin bag they have all my details and I've only replied to email sent me by them and they act like they don't have any knowledge of me so it gone from asking me to prove everything to now just replying with an automated message same reply every time it's definitely a dodgy Chinese company the writing is Chinese on the label I'm going to contact trading standards and consumers advice will update this when I get more information

My experience was the same as others who have provided a review and I cannot believe that I didn’t follow my golden rule of checking on Trust Pilot before purchasing. The items I purchased did arrive, but were from China and were of a very poor quality, which is fine if you are only paying Temu-type prices, but they were considerably more expensive. I don’t usually post reviews, but on this occasion I felt I should as I believe this company is taking advantage of people who probably need specific products to help with specific problems. I ordered my items following hip surgery that has left me with leg length discrepancy and I required genuine orthotics to help me. What I received was a huge disappointment. The items did not deliver on the claims made on the website. I am upset that this company takes advantage of individuals who are potentially in a vulnerable situation.

Zero stars! I ordered flight socks in the beginning of January and I still didn’t get them, mid March! It would probably be a waste of time to try to get a refund by the look of the reviews. Absolute waste of money and time. Don’t buy anything from them.

Despite their 'uk' website this company are not in the UK. They sent a product (heated scarf) [#432643] that was very misleadingly described and actually requires a powerbank to work. There is no information about this on the website description and the product came with no instructions. I contacted them to inform them it does not work. They have proceeded to send me a series of fobbing off emails and it materialises they are actually based in Poland, and as they told me, it will cost me more than the product to return it! I really wish I had looked them up. They are knowingly scamming people and whilst they reply to emails they don't actually resolve anything or give you refunds. They just waste your time.

I have ordered few pair of shoes, advertised as orthopedic on their website. After 1 hour I found these exact shoes on Temu - they even used the exactly same pictures! So as it turned out, they are cheap items sold in drop shipping style from China and have nothing to do with orthopedic shoes! That basically means when you place an order, they place an order in your name at Temu, Aliexpress etc. and get it sent to you, of course charging you more that these items cost on Temu.
After realising that, I emailed them and told them I want to cancel the order. Mind you, their website claims you can cancel your order within 24 hours - I did it after ONE HOUR.
They replied - which means they saw the message, then they claimed they issued a cancellation, and all of a sudden I'm getting emails about order having been shipped!!!
I opened a dispute with PayPal and if that doesn't help to get my money back, I will contact the bank and go through with a chargeback procedure.
Stay away from these cheap Chinese items advertised as orthopedic and/or medical!
Also, like somebody mentioned, all their good reviews are fake.

I ordered shoes for lymphoma waited 2 weeks for them to arrive just fit my non swollen foot no chance for my swollen foot absolute joke

I ordered boots. I did read the reviews first but decided to go ahead despite bad reviews. I realised it would be some time before delivery. 8 days wasn't bad.
I am totally pleased with my purchase and will certainly use them again.

How can they add .UK at the end to deceive customers. I paid by mistake without knowing it is not a genuine company. got emails to say is dispatched but i think it will not arrive.

Conflicting emails about the stage of myorder. Told being prepared a couple of days after placing order. 8 days later askedmetocompletea survey. Told them not until I receive order. Replied saying Post Office slow sending it to Evri who have it now????. Sent a tracking reference for Evri but they immediately deleted the email from their end. I know I've paid for something I shall never receive. Should gave coed out the company gef9rr placing order. Ortirex apologised, but yesterday Evri delivered a small plastic, self assembly Scottie dog. This is sent on 13th now

I was so wrong when I ordered a portable nebuliser from this crap company. I thought it was a British company. To me looks like a big scam. I asked them when they would deliver the item. No reply. No answer. Nothing. I strongly advise people not to buy from this website.

Ortorex UK seem to add UK to their website to make it appear to be a UK company when in fact deliveries come from China. It does not clearly state this, nor does it state that delivery will take at least 10 days. They tell you it has been dispatched but provide no courier name or tracking information so, 5 days after the dispatch email, I chase the delivery up only to find out it is coming from China. I will not order from this company again as I hate companies who hide information and, in my opinion, pretend to be something they are not.

To begin with, the price of the items changes like the weather. Also once you buy the items they start pestering you with 20-30% discounts, which indicates that the items were overpriced to begin with.
Most items you will be able to find in Chinese companies such as temp or Aliexpress which is likely where they get the items from.
You think you are buying your items from a specialist orthopaedic company, you are not. You are buying products that get shipped from china with unpredictable delivery times. They are also delivery by the cheapest and least trustworthy delivery companies. The costumer care is from Poland so UK law is not something they are worried about, the return policy is a joke and they don't take responsability for anything that may go wrong with the product or delivery company.
I had my items delivered to a non-safe place (my doorstep) and were subsequently stolen. They refused to take responsibility for this and said that I was the one who had to contact yodel or evri to address the issue. these companies refused to help me because they say that their client is ortorex and not me. a police crime complaint had to be made and even then ortorex couldn't care. They only listened when I threatened to get my bank to refund me the money as luckily I had paid with the credit card.
a shame that they work under the "co.uk" because they are actually not working under the UK law so you aren't protected in anyway. If you want a product from them, just look elsewhere and you will find much better companies selling the same item. Dodgy company taking advantage of people.
