Avoid this ripoff company. Waited two weeks for the item. Then I received a bill from DHL wanting £10 customs charges as the goods were imported from China. This was on top of the £20 I already paid for a shoulder strap which included delivery. I complained to my bank who reimbursed me.

Slippers sent but of poor quality: they are too loose fitting, hence the heel is not supported, so they are quite dangerous because they are slipping when I walk.

Multiple emails sent before receiving a reply with regards to the refund. In the end they said they will refund 70% of the original amount paid.

Buyers please just be aware of this policy when you purchase anything online from them.

I received a faulty item after waiting 2 weeks for it to arrive from China. I immediately requested to return the dodgy neck 'massager', but after 6 email exchanges, they are still not allowing a return (you have to get authority from them to return?) offering no grounds what-so-ever, in refusing to accept the return! Stay clear of this business - it is NOT UK and is next thing to a scam...

Over priced and shocking delivery (although that is probably down to them using Evri the cheapest and worst option). Would not buy from again. For some reason I thought I was getting a premium product so paid more than Amazon. But socks look just the same and the sandals have just not arrived and they were to be a present for Christmas.

Ordered heated insoles 21 November received nothing but a tracking number which states courier is still waiting for package to arrive after 4 weeks really this is nothing short of a scam DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY SHOP ELSEWHERE

Purchased 2 pair of insoles and an “orthopaedic” pair of shoes! Ridiculous, nothing like the site hard as rock, not worth £5 and the insoles never made it…. Can’t dispute transaction as no email to confirm, no contact… disputing with my bank at moment. Dont waste your money!

The size 7 shoes I ordered are actually a size 5, they are so small my toes are completely squashed and painful.
Returns are to Poland at buyers expense. Not worth returning them. I’m now out of pocket.

This website is a scam. They are selling the worst quality product from china but shipping from a UK addrsss. Avoid!

I placed an order for heel insoles ... the wrong item was received. I have been trying to resolve this for nearly 2 months now, I keep being fobbed off, ridiculous.

Ordered heated insoles on 20th of November.
Order acknowledged then nothing......
Have emailed them twice and absolutely nothing from them.
I only ordered from them as they appeared to be a UK company. I could have bought the same item for a third of the price from a Chinese eBay seller but chose what I thought was a British seller.
Clearly confidence tricksters judging by the appalling reviews on Trust Pilot.
Will take up with my credit card company .

Please do yourself a favour and avoid this company. They are not a UK company - based in Riga, Latvia. I ordered a shoulder brace that took over 2 weeks to arrive. Despite 4 emails, I cannot get a contact with Customer Service - so have had to resort to reporting through my credit card company.

Poor sizing, cheap quality, no response from customer service. Uk website is misleading because it is not a UK company.

Ordered back brace emailed ortorex to confirm my order they emailed back saying no evidence of my order and wanted my I'd and address stopped my card on bank scam do not use ortorex uk

Zo slecht, duurt eindeloos voor product binnen is. Er wordt nooit gereageerd op mail. Nooit iets kopen daar

Ordered an item ,it took a long time to be delivered, then realised it was coming from china.
when it finally arrived, the size was not correct to that described, it did not fit and was poorly manufactured.
I asked to return the item, and was told it had to be sent via international tracked post back to Poland. which proved to be almost as expensive as the original item.
as it was purchased from a UK web site, so assumed it could be posted to a UK address.
avoid this company.

This company doesn’t reply to any messages sent to it. I’ve tried to contact them on 3 occasions now but to no effect.
I found the goods which other family members bought to be fine so bought a pair of shoes. Fault developed meaning that I can’t wear them. Company has totally failed to assist.
