Great experience as always, then and now!

Bought a couple of their shaker bottles. After a couple of cold hand washes (not dishwasher), the logos on the side started coming off. Should've just bought no brand versions and saved me 80% of what I spent. If I had known their products were of such poor quality, I could've spent much less on generic no-brand shaker bottles. Tried to support them as a brand but that's my fault...

When they finally did get back to me, they said they couldn't help me because i didn't purchase from their website and asked me to contact their third party complaints team to provide them with all these details?!

It's a lot of work to justify why their bottle is poorly made. So in short, no I won't be spending more time chasing nothing and just won't be purchasing from them again.

Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Very bad!! The protein powder was all over the box and the packaging of the product was compromised

DPD have not delivered, you have not replied to emails, no working phone number. Have reached via FB and insta and no luck getting hold of anyone. Looks like I will have to resolve via my bank. Company has been useless

I ordered the 4.5 kg resealable bag of protein from Optimum Nutrition, but the bag I received does not reseal at all. I even tried removing the protein stuck around the zipper to see if that was the issue, but the zipper simply won’t close.

For a product that costs over £120, this is extremely disappointing. The resealable feature is important for maintaining freshness and convenience, especially for such a large bag.

What makes the experience worse is that I contacted their support team via email and it has been over 48 hours with no response. I expected much better customer service from such a well-known brand.

Overall, very disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of customer support.

I love these protein powder!! I’ve bought the vanilla Gold standard Isolate and the Whey cookies and cream and the flavour is absolutely delicious 🤤 it mixes smooth as well. And oh delivery was fast.

Order said delivered to collection point but wasn’t. Dpd says contact seller. Well thats not so easy! Optimum nutrition have a phone line but after sitting and working my way through the annoying machine, you can’t actually talk to anyone and directed to email. Unacceptable customer service

Excellent protein - great taste (especially the double chocolate), mixes easily with my oats and equally good as a shake.

I did a price comparison and decided to order straight from ON website as it was the most cost effective.

I buy this protein with confidence and would highly recommend it.

Great flavor and excellent supplement

J’ai commandé ma créatine le 30 janvier avec une livraison annoncée en 4 jours. J’ai attendu plus d’une semaine sans aucune information claire.

Après plusieurs emails, on me dit qu’ils vont renvoyer le produit avec un petit geste commercial pour s’excuser. Je reçois même une facture indiquant la créatine + un cadeau.

Résultat ? Encore du retard. Encore des excuses.

Puis, comme par magie, une nouvelle facture apparaît avec uniquement la créatine. Plus aucun geste commercial. Disparu.

En public, ils répondent que tout est réglé et qu’un cadeau est inclus. En réalité ? Rien. Juste des paroles.

Ce n’est pas seulement un problème de livraison. C’est un problème de promesses non tenues et de manque total de sérieux.

Je suis extrêmement déçu. C’est la dernière fois que je commande chez eux. Je change de marque.
