Delivery was next day. I ordered on a Friday before 2pm. The whey protein powder is delicious! Ive never had protein drinks before and was worried it would taste a but gross but I could drink this all day haha.

I also ordered the protein shaker which has now been stolen by my partner cause its excellent for on the go!

The website is a bit clunky and it would be great if they had an app. The powder is a bit pricey but its so good . Hoping to see discounts every so often

Where’s my delivery !? All orders above £50 had next day delivery 🤣so where is it ? It’s been 5 days now ,ridiculous not recommended at all ,0 customer service

The lime flavoured plant based clear protein is absolutely disgusting, I can't drink it. It's not the lime flavouring that is the issue, it is the underlying flavour of the protein that the lime is trying and failing to disguise.

The company themselves seem to have been fine. Delivery was really quick.

Loved the product, also great tasting

I decided to go direct to Optimum Nutrition when prices elsewhere became too much and to my surprise they have discounts for buying in larger quantities. They have my favourite product which is delicious and has helped me reach and maintain my weight goal for over 5 years. I would highly recommend having a look at their site to see if you can make a saving on something you already buy, without doubt a company who want to look after their customers.

Fast delivery and quality products

Great product - for someone who hates the taste of protein powder and protein products, this really does just take like squash. Tastes great, will definitely be buying more of it. Highly recommend to those who are like me and dislike protein shakes etc!

Quick and easy

I am really impressed with the Optimum Nutrition Vanilla High Protein Shake. It has a really nice, smooth taste and a perfectly creamy texture. I love that it is not too sweet, making it very easy to drink. It is an incredibly easy way to hit your daily protein goals on the go. My only wish is that they offered a coffee-flavoured version in this exact ready-to-drink format! Highly recommended

My order was delivered by DPD not to my door as instructed but to the building hallway in central London, where it was naturally immediately stolen. Instead of doing what every single other vendor would have done in this scenario which was to either offer a refund or a replacement, and sort out the delivery problem with DPD, Optimum Nutrition decided to involve me in some convoluted back-office process where my money was held hostage and I had to return documents to take part in some kind of DPD investigation. Despite multiple escalations over a number of weeks the customer service team displayed no understanding of how e-commerce works, nor the difference between a supplier claim which is frankly not my problem and a customer who has done no wrong. I had to involve my credit card company in the end who pushed for a refund on my behalf. After which Optimum Nutrition still had the gall to email me to ask me to withdraw my claim with the credit card company. Truly a surreal experience. A real shame as the product is good - just seem to have no understanding of customer experience.

I ordered Protein on 21 July with wrong address delivery. Moments after purchase I realised address is wrong. Emailed customer support as they not available via phone. They reassured my parcel will be delivered to correct address but until today 27 July I haven’t received my parcel and DPD mailed me my parcel would be delivered tomorrow in wrong address 😑

So I purchased the chocolate brownie bar which I have previously purchased as a single pack and they are delicious. In addition to this I got the chocolate protein shakes, which again were delicious providing the additional necessary protein in easy to consume products. The products were delivered within the timeframe mentioned and I will definitely be purchasing these products again and would definitely recommend other people to purchase. Life is short and most people don’t have the time to get all their protein in, especially when you’re bulking and the products offered by this company always help.

Item arrived open, contacted customer services on 16th July and the response is not solving the problem. I want to RETURN for a replacement or refund, they are avoiding this. Will never order again and will just change to a different brand of product. Will be contacting my credit card provider for a chargeback

I’ve ordered from Optimum Nutrition UK several times now, and every experience has been excellent. The website is easy to navigate, ordering is straightforward, and delivery has always been quick and reliable.

The products are consistently high quality, and it’s reassuring to know you’re buying directly from the manufacturer. I also appreciate the regular offers and discounts, which make premium supplements even better value.

Overall, a company I trust for my sports nutrition needs, and one I’ll continue to buy from. Highly recommended.

Brilliant product...great taste and super effective

Did we even needed to ask for 5 stars i mean its ON, just a bit pricey but you pay premium to get premium anyway.

Efficient response with good communication , and rapid delivery.

Just bought the new clear protein (incentivised by the free creatine). Good change from whey with a nice clean taste. Originally looking to buy Gold Standard but at nearly £100 a tub that was a no go. Sadly after nearly 20 years I am now having to explore other protein powders.
