I purchased a product from Ooze Life. The order arrived approximately one week after purchase. The items were used as intended and cleaned after each use.

After one day of normal use, the first unit failed. The outer casing and mouthpiece detached while opening the device. The inner plastic component also became difficult to remove and reassemble, and the unit became unusable.

As a result, I was unable to use the product when needed while away from home.

A second unit from the same order is also defective. It functions inconsistently and fails to operate approximately one-third of the time.

I contacted customer support regarding these issues. Responses were delayed. I was offered a partial refund. When I asked for clarification about whether the refund applied only to parts or the full issue, I did not receive further responses.

I’d avoid them.

A company that will sell you defective products, and then tell you it's your problem, and you should've spent more on some package protection they didn't even offer on the purchase pages. The package & mail wasn't the issue, it was the company selling something with broken glass INSIDE it with no outside damage. "Sorry, warranty's only for batteries, not our defects and faulty products. Sucks to be you." In this economy, ripping people off? I wish I found this review site earlier, I hope it gets a lot more public views & is posted when people search for products. The product is completely unused, & they rather screw over customers over less than $30. I hope they get sued into the ground, and go bankrupt. We don't need companies like Ooze. And their product life spans sucks.

Their warranty is a scam- if you don't purchase one of oozelife's chargers (even if they tell you you're able to use any USB-C charger) they won't honor it. They also list cartridge leakage as one of their claim reasons- but it isn't something they cover. The Duet I purchased from them pulled very weakly from the very beginning but still somehow burned through cartridges quickly while trapping the smoke inside. They also make you submit your government ID to make a warranty claim- after all the hoops I jumped through and reassurance I got from customer service that my issue was covered through warranty, it was denied- but not until after they got all my information. I would never recommend Oozelife's products to anyone I know. $35 down the toilet for what immediately became a VERY sticky, poor-quality disposable.

I bought an ooze cart battery and it doesn’t work, i’ve tried to charge it several times. None of the lights turn on unless it’s connected to the charger.

Sells junk with no support. I have reached out several times for product support and heard nothing back.
The ooze drought is a terrible vape for outdoor use. The led screen is so dim it can’t be seen in sunlight. Considering that it is a portable vape one would assume it is good for music festivals, day at the beach etc but without a way to tell if it’s on or off or to see how much time is left on the countdown timer or to tell the battery life, makes this useless for outside use. Go with a more reputable company like Arizer or Pax

They had to help me fill out the warranty because the codes wouldn’t load. I bought (2) Tankers 12/10/2025 and one isn’t holding a charge for more than an hour. The claim process is stupid. You have to take a picture of a picture ID, the item with the charger, the receipt and date of purchase. I went back and forth doing that and the information disappeared so then I had to start over. It’s by design.
I have a profile from when I made the purchases and it shows “no past purchases?” They respond to nothing. I’ve emailed them the email of the day they helped with the warranty. That’s not proof of purchase?
I went to my medical cannabis dispensary and bought a battery for $6.00, and I have no problems with it.

I’ll never buy ONLINE for my medical mj vape battery again. It’s a rat race. Pulsar sold it to me, so they suck equally.

Recently purchased the brinks dry herb battery and very disappointing. The company makes good concentrate batteries and 510 car batteries but dry herb batteries they need to work on. I can’t return it either more money out the window.

I bought two items, the Duplex 2 and the Verge, both were extremely scratched. The faceplate on the duplex 2 is so sharp someone is going to slice their finger open. I've written several emails and they say they don't do refunds for cosmetically damaged items and on any opened and used items. So riddle me this, how in the world are you going to know if your item is damaged if you don't open the package. For the record I did not even use these items. I literally opened the box open both of the packages and they were both severely scratched. So their quality inspection obviously sucks and they don't care about producing outstanding products or retaining happy customers for that matter. I advised them that I would be posting to social media and I will be happy to let all my veterans know to never purchase from this company. I bought several other things with them and I will never ever waste my money on such poor quality items. If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would.

Bought the Hover and it did not arrive on time. The website said 2 day shipping that's all it said. After you actually order and pay for it then it tells you shipping is 2 to 5business days. I tried to cancel the order. You cannot cancel. You have to wait for it then return it. Will never shop here again.

Do Not Purchase total ooze products are junk I gave 1 star because there's no zero option I recently ordered a dry herb vaporizer worked only a few times and never worked again there's zero customer service and only through email that takes them days to respond to and when they finally do it's not with a solution or service of any kind it's them asking you to do things for them that their staff should handle when after over a month you finally lose it they threaten to block you good riddance glad to be blocked from the people who give marijuana users a bad name

Great company, great products, fast shipping, and great customer service. This has been the best company for me and my vaping products.

So I placed an order with ooze for something that looked like a nice little setup. I placed my order on the afternoon of the 22nd. I placed my order with expedited shipping. They charged me more money to expedite my shipping then they did for the product itself. Their companies website said 2 days to get it shipped out and two days for it to come to me which means that it should have arrived on Tuesday. It's now Thursday and after contacting the company because it hadn't even shipped yet yesterday, they basically told me that I was in the wrong because I dropped a CENSORED f-bomb towards the end of my email in my frustration. Not a single apology for their behavior not a single explanation for why they're shipping policy sucks and is a lie. Not a single comment to address what was actually going on. Just "I noticed that you censored a swear. If you do that again we'll be blocking you." Cool cool cool. So now I'm letting all of you know that their customer support sucks. They're a terrible company. The products aren't even that good. And they're not worth giving your money to. I personally will be contacting the better Business bureau and my attorney general and the Michigan attorney general. Would I have done that previously? No were they completely awful to me to the point that now I feel like something has to be done? Yes. Please don't ever order from this company they are awful

I placed an order on the 19th of December 2025 and the package has yet to ship out. A different ordercwas made in house and it was shipped out that very day. Dont buy their product. I hope they go outcof business. They dont respond to emails. Theyre more scammers than business people.

I’m making it my mission to post this review anywhere I can because this company has completely screwed me over.

I bought a device from Ooze along with a battery meant for cartridges. What they don’t tell you is that the battery has a ridiculously small, misleading opening that only works with a few super-skinny cartridges. I use Breeze carts—which are not even that thick—and they don’t fit at all. On top of that, Ooze threw in a “free gift” attachment to turn the battery into a nectar collector… and that attachment doesn’t even fit inside their own battery either.

I contacted support five times asking for a simple replacement battery - even explained I'd ship back the small one. This company is very cheap—they could’ve easily fixed the issue, especially considering the “free gift” they sent cost more than a new battery. Instead, a rep told me: “We will not be able to send you one of these. If you cannot use the item we sent you, you may discard it or give it to someone else.”

That’s the customer service I got. Absolutely unacceptable. I was recommended Ooze by a friend who liked their device, but I’ll definitely be letting them know never to buy from Ooze again. Terrible company, terrible service, terrible turnaround times for both shipping and support.

If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Ooze at all costs.

I ordered from these guys on December 4. By the end of September 9, they still hadn’t shipped my product. They were real quick to take their money out of my account, but four days later they still haven’t shipped anything. I don’t know how they’re gonna get the product here in their seven day guarantee.i feel like I should cancel my order at this point. Super slow shipping from Ooze.

I ordered a couple of products some seem go work properly some batteries are over heating i contacted company right away about issues out the package not even an hour and gives issues i wouldnt buy there cheap products made in china not assembled properly to function qaulity is made for beginners not professional long time smoker over 25+ years

Awful. The vapes damn near use a different charger for each one. Very lame. USB-c exists. Their warranty program is shit. Completely broken, got two vapes, neither could get covered. The process is broken. The code for one did not even work and I entered it exactly ffs multiple times. Their customer service basically told me gf myself. Never buy from them. Their stupid usb charger broke my vape. The vape pulled a piece out of the charger and the thing won’t charge at all now and they won’t do anything.

Once was an ok brand to buy. Stay away now. All junk. Warranty is a sham and nobody there cares, except the sales people who can't help with warranties, only try to sell you more ooze junk. Stay away

The blue 510 battery and the September Mystery Box were well worth what paid for them. The value is there. They are well made and the bot and hoot are cute and I am using the bot and it works perfect. And they all came charged, so I could use any of them right away.

Unfortunately O stars was not an option. Beware of this sham company. The product you receive has a strong chance of being defective and they refuse to provide refunds even though their website claims that timely returns are allowed. It’s a total rip off.
