Placed order. Took a week to ship then tracking didn't work. Never arrived. Sent a mail to customer service, said it was delayed in shipping. Never arrived. Email again. Said don't work, you took the insurance for that. Sent me a link to fule a claim. Link doesn't work. Just leaves you hanging. Emailed again. No response. 2 months now. No product. No help. But they sure took my money the day it was ordered. No problem there. Despicable!!

I got a duplex 2 I now have 3 that are broke ! Where the coil screws in the glue comes off no matter what when it heats up . They wrote me back and told me to use it on green they r sorry thay can't help me I have pics of her text and pics of all 3 devices do not waste ur money the duplex 2 it will break or atleast come apart from heat I can't post my Pic for some reason or I would put them up too

This company! I had a resin vape pen. after 2 months it stopped taking a charge. I sent them a video of the problem and somehow they came to this conclusion: that I got it wet. Wait. What??

So now they won't honor their warranty and I'm stuck with a pen that won't charge.

Unfortunately, my experience with Oozelife has been nothing short of a comedy of errors, primarily thanks to their customer service, which is frankly a farce. I had the misfortune of dealing with Alexis, whose professionalism left much to be desired.

As many others have noted, Oozelife seems to excel in the art of deflection when it comes to addressing missing packages. I ordered a gift that was supposed to be a delightful surprise, but instead, I found myself ensnared in an endless loop of excuses. Alexis informed me that a replacement was sent—despite my clear indication that I didn’t need one—and, surprise, I never received it.

After countless back-and-forths with Alexis and their delivery insurance company, I finally received the same claim code I had been given previously. Frustrated, I attempted to use it again, and miraculously, it worked this time! But let’s be real: the entire process has dragged on since September 3rd, and here we are on September 25th with no resolution in sight.

To add insult to injury, I was informed that because I exceeded the seven-day window, I wouldn’t be eligible for a full refund—despite having paid for expedited shipping. What a clever business model! It seems the only winners here are the ones orchestrating this debacle.

Honestly, it’s hard to take their glowing reviews seriously; they feel more like a marketing ploy than genuine customer feedback. If you value your time and hard-earned money, I strongly advise you to steer clear of Oozelife. Trust me, this is one company you want to avoid if you don’t want to end up in the same tangled mess I did.

Bought 2 a Panther Black Tanker (would not register) and a Midnight Sun Tanker (registered fine). Neither worked at all. Not sure if charging even worked, PB unit when tried to charge, only had green light lite, the MS unit did something different every time. They do look nice but lets face it can't do much with looks.

I really wished I would have read the reviews before purchasing from this place. Cuz everything I've read is true. They have poor customer service and very rude people working customer service. I have gotten two devices that did not work coming out of the box. And then they're telling me that it needs to be brand new to return it. Apparently they didn't listen to me that it didn't work out of the box. Not one drop of wax has been melted with it. And I'm still waiting on items that I've returned and waiting for labels to send more broken stuff.

Rude and terrible customer service. Products consistently break or do not work well. Customer service is snarky, unhelpful and always has an excuse. I have fallen for this brand a few times and each time it has been a waste of money, will not be making that mistake again.

Awful experience company doesn’t stand behind their product. Customer service is a joke Alexis and Moura honestly all of them are absolutely awful at customer relations and play games during trying to file a warranty claim. Would not recommend these cheap made products and waste of money complete junk and joke of a company. Young nature customer service who email and play games with customers who buy your products. They un away from this company and its products just awful.

I wrote Ooze an email asking about my package winding up in the ether.
A new customer rep wrote back!
I won't go through the long explanation, but they received my return and I felt assured they would mail me a replacement for my replacement's replacement, but I know to be cautious

Here's a follow up on my Ooze battery saga ...
So they replaced my battery with another battery that fell apart in about a month. I used their web site to do a standard return, but nothing is standard at ooze, Here's the latest letter:

Dear Ooze,

I was trying to return my faulty battery
After submitting my ID and photos of my defective battery to prove what you already know, you sent me a label and I printed it.
As instructed I put the item in a box, labeled it and shipped it from a UPS Store.

But I just got a notice from UPS:

"The receiver has moved. We're attempting to obtain a new delivery address for this receiver."

I have to say this is a change, usually Ooze just sends fake USPS labels that go nowhere, but this time you just moved with no forwarding address!

So what address are you using now so I can send a note to UPS and correct this problem

For a second you fooled me, I thought you were actually going to stand by your product and your warranty
It's nice to be reassured that I was right and buying from you was a mistake that can't be corrected

Purchased a Duplex 2 that lasted around 3 weeks before it died . Bought all new replacement parts and still doesn't work. Then Purchased an Electro Barrel, opened box , turned on, worked once then quit all together. Waiting on return label and I will give them one more chance then I am gone. How it works out is up to them.Butt, I am really getting quite perturbed....

Terrible company and customer service. There is no "customer service". There are people who will lie to you, but not do anything to help with your issues. I would steer clear of OOZELIFE.COM and all of it's products. There are much better products out there. I'll smoke out of a toiletpaper roll and aluminum foil pipe before I EVER give them my money again.

Like a few others have mention I also had issues with the newest product the DUPLEX2. But Luckily a Customer Service Agent named Valene A :)!!! Who went above & beyond 2 this completely fix my issue!! They have an amazing staff dedicated to realistically fix whatever the issue may be. You just actually have to tell contact them

Charged my card and I never even ordered or heard of them. Got me for $300

My Duplex 2 lasted a week. The female piece that the cart screws into was poorly soldered into the magnetic base. It became dislodged, when I twisted the cart to take it out, and wrapped up and broke the wires.
Also, they scrub reviews. Unforgivable.

Ooze smart battery warranty nightmare. I purchased a smart battery , it failed . Contacted Ooze company. Email only, or chat. I contacted them email, then the jump through the hoops begin....
Ok send your reciept,a photo of pen ,serial number, then my damn photo of Drivers license. Ok send it, they email back here's your code , I click on it nothing happens no numbers,letters nothing. Ok now I'm a little pissed.i read there instructions order replacement and code will appear ,you pay only shipping Ok I do that, no Code! I email customer
support at Ooze again. Nothing ,well im essentially screwed out of $25. It's not the money it's the principle of warranty, customer satisfaction, ease of resolving the problem. If a company can't do that ,they won't be in buisness long.

My local dispensary had a deal and I was a little strapped so I figured I’d try the 15/100. Big mistake. I’ve had prior ooze stuff that was just ok. None of these cartridges worked. I tried 3 of them and took the rest back. Wondering if it was my pen, went and bought a new one and it wasn’t my pens. Pretty bad that 3/15 failed right out of the box. I lost $21.00. Sure, some of you might say BIG DEAL but not in this economy. I’ve learned my lesson and I’m stepping my game up. Not even sure that these carts are safe.
I hate to have to write this review for a hometown company but the quality control, or lack there of, is awful. I can’t even tell you if their flavors are decent because they don’t work! Avoid at all costs.

First and last time I buy an ooze vape. The thing smells so bad you can’t carry it on you without everyone smelling pot. It stinks up the entire room even when it’s turned off. Crap product

Terrible company. Don’t ever purchase one of their products. I bought a brand new vape battery and less than 30 days later when I go to charge it for the first time and it stops working. Didn’t even issue me a full refund as promised so I had to file a dispute. Scammy company with terrible customer service.

this thing sucks! 25$ and it barely works and can’t hold a charge! what a waste! lesson learned

I've had 3 pens die in 3 years. They're terrible quality and their "warranty" on their website LITERALLY NEVER WORKS.

Honestly, it's sad how bad these pens are seeing as they're everywhere.

Their customer service is ok but I'm totally over contacting them every year and waiting a month for my replacement.
