Worst brand I have seen I have 2 I bought sitting on counter both won’t work don’t matter the amount you mess with it go with any other brand save the money!

Do not buy from them.

I bought an item on February 6 and never shipped and they never answer either.

I have ordered from them many times in the past. All orders were delivered USPS First Class within a few days. Love their products.
My most recent order has not shipped in over two weeks. Emails, site chats, and voicemails are unanswered. Will be canceling the charge on my credit card.

New, out of box from Yocan online, Kodo plus will not work at all. I tried charging, YouTube and owner manual online. Nothing. Support, if it exists is not responsive

awful there devices are cheap and suck i got a yokan black pocket and it was alright so i got an e rig and it sucks it dies randomly and the batterly life sucks and it dosent heat up past 480 degrees and takes 2 minutes too heat up to that.

The battery for the vaporizer completely died on me will not charge

Yocan basically just never delivered the product I paid for. Now they're acting like babies, won't reply to my communications. I'm getting the run around here and spent 3 or 4 hours so far just trying to get back my stolen money.

One thing is for sure I will never do business with YoCan again due to poor customer service. I don't care how good your product is if yiu have zero star service forget it

Awful awful awful. I have been trying to contact customer service frequently. Have sent multiple emails and messages via the website as well as calling. They hung up on me.

They are vague in their descriptions. Products are out of box and used.

Would give less than 1star if I could. One of the items I ordered wasn’t available in the color I chose. They still charged me for it, even though they didn’t send it and will not give me a refund for a product I never received. Customer Service is the worst. When someone finally replied to me, they promised to issue the refund and never did. Super shady company who lies and steals from its customers. And the one product I ordered that I did receive is worthless. Never worked at all. I’m disgusted I wasted my time and money with these people.

After buying a yocan vape I ordered a charger they sent me a USB cable. It was recomended that a .100ma charger otherwise I might damage the vape pipe.

1st order and surely the last 42 euros delivery for 99 euros of goods a UPS delivery service completely lost taxes which are added on arrival in France 1u final bill 180 euros for 2 things at 49 euros. 5 messages sent no response.......I do not recommend this site, order instead on Aliexpress it's the same products except that they work much better.

Bought the Yocan Evolve 2.0 and it was good for a couple of days. Then the thick oil pod began leaking and has since wasted a lot of my distillate.
I read on the Forum.Yocantech.com site that everyone has the same problem with those thick oil pods and it's been going on since 2019 so the company, who is active in the forum and aware of the issues, does nothing to fix the issues.
Very unhappy and yet another bad experience with a useless vape product. The Evolve 2.0 works fine except for the thick oil pods which is the whole reason I got it

I purchased a Yocan Hit and just recently a Yocan Loki and it’s being shipped as we speak. Excellent and simple products to use for my cannabis sessions. Excellent Customer Service as well!!!
