The pipe did not come with instructions. I think I may have damaged it, through trial and error trying to figure out how it works. I think I've figured it out after a week, but not sure. Sometimes works, sometimes not. When it does work well, I like it.

STAY AWAY - total fraud. Ordered 2 pens on 03/02/26. It is now 03/13, two weeks later, and I have nothing, the "shipping information" provided gives no information about when I will get what I paid for. And the "customer service" just says to wait longer. Nobody cares at all about the customer - only taking your money.

Oh yeah, they also lied about when they sent the package that still nowhere to be found. Claimed it was sent on X day, but that was only when the label was created. They didn't drop it with the shipper for 3 more days, but they sure did lie about that.

My favorite vape I've ever owned. Feels so good in the hand its discreet. The Copper Vessel is swag

Would be 5 stars if I had received the correct color. I bought black and gold, received green and blue. Even double checked that I clicked the right color and I did. Too much hassle to send back. Otherwise was great

Fast shipping, I am an east coast buyer. Good product, works well. Not having to click on any buttons to make it work is great! Simple to use, with only two options, high or low. It's not as small as I expected, but I am happy with the product.

After viewing a product on this company’s site, I began receiving frequent discount emails and eventually purchased. I was provided tracking information and a delivery confirmation, but the package never arrived.

There was no package on my property, in my mailbox, or with neighbors, and my security camera footage shows no delivery at the time it was marked “delivered.”

Customer service’s only response was that packages are sometimes scanned early and may arrive within 24–48 hours. It never did. After opening a USPS case, I still received no meaningful assistance and ultimately had to dispute the charge through my credit card company.

Based on this experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

All of my items were shipped and I was notified. My items were package well and nothing was damaged. Everything worked well once received with no issues. My experience was very good.
