Thank you for sharing your experience, Shae.
This is exactly where flexible online learning can make a real difference. For full-time workers, parents and students juggling multiple commitments, being able to access course content on the go and study when time allows can make further learning genuinely achievable.
We’re also glad you made use of our mentor support. Having the option to speak directly with mentors by phone gives students access to personalised guidance when they need it, rather than having to navigate their studies alone.
Thank you for choosing Online Courses Australia, and congratulations on making your studies work alongside being a full-time worker and mum!

Hi Peta, thank you for reviewing OCA with positive and constructive feedback.
Our highly produced content series is one of the most valued parts of the OCA learning experience. Combining engaging articles, professional video lessons and insights from experienced industry mentors gives students a more practical and varied way to build their knowledge than relying on written material alone.
We also recognise that the administrative side of studying should feel just as straightforward as the course content. Your feedback regarding payment confirmation, platform navigation and accessing your completion documents has been shared with the relevant teams for review and consideration.
Your suggestion to offer by post has also been passed on. While our completion documents are currently issued digitally for convenient access and sharing, we understand that some students would value a physical copy.
Thank you again for helping us identify where the overall student experience can be strengthened.

Easy and Enjoyable
I enrolled in the Advanced Dog Grooming Course to gain the knowledge and skills needed to groom my own dog. From the enrolment process, everything went smoothly. Even better, i received a whole bundle of courses for the price of one, which was excellent value.
i thoroughly enjoyed the course. the lessons were presented in a simple, easy to understand manner while still being informative and well structured. i found the contents very helpful and gained a solid understanding of dog grooming techniques.
For hands-on experience, you will need to arrange your own practical training or practice on your own dog.
Despite that, i truly enjoyed the course and would recommend it to anyone wanting to learn dog grooming, whether for personal use or as a foundation for further training.

Thank you for sharing such a detailed review of the Advanced Dog Grooming Course, Delain!
Learning to groom your own dog is a practical and rewarding goal, so it’s encouraging to know the course gave you a solid understanding of grooming techniques through clear, well-structured lessons. Receiving access to a broader course bundle also adds significant value, allowing students to build knowledge across multiple areas rather than focusing on one topic alone.
The course also includes insights from experienced grooming professionals, including Emily Myatt, helping students learn from real industry experience as they develop their understanding of grooming, handling and care.
You’ve also raised an important point about practical experience. Online learning can provide a strong theoretical foundation, but developing confidence with hands-on grooming requires practice, whether that is with your own dog or through additional practical training.
We wish you all the best :).
