The role play was informative and I enjoy this format of learning which helps to prepare for real work life. Thanks to Rosan our assessor for being organised and supportive during the role play.

Charlotte has been absolutely lovely throughout this experience. Initially, she took the time to explain the RPL process to me, but at the time it felt a little overwhelming, so I decided to put it on hold.

After some time, I reached out again to see if RPL was still something I could pursue, and Charlotte was incredibly helpful from the moment I got back in touch. She was able to organise a meeting with me straight away and took the time to talk me through every step of the process, making everything feel much more manageable.

She also went above and beyond by taking the time to look through each of my units individually to see what I may be eligible to RPL, rather than simply giving me a general overview.

Charlotte is a genuinely lovely human who has been incredibly supportive, patient and helpful throughout the process. I really appreciate the time and effort she has put into helping me, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone considering RPL.

Everything from the learner support team to the weekly zoom class with our instructor/teacher is very professional and very helpful with Hader Institute of Education….id highly recommend anyone to study with them.

I am currently completing cert IV in Youth Work and Community Services. All the assessors are very helpful and provide great information assisting me with my learning. Rosan in particular is a great assessor with a lot of knowledge in this sector, he is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Hader Institute to complete a course!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Charlotte, who i was initially transferred to incorrectly. Despite this, she kindly assissted me with my youth work certificate IV query and patiently guided me to where I can find information I was looking for.

The enrolement process was an extremely positive experience for me. Patrick Doyle, who assisted in Student Recruitment, was outstanding in his support and guidance during the whole process. The communication was respectful and patient at all times. I was provided a good amount of information and encouraged to ask questions to clarify anything I did not understand, assisting me to understand the best learning pathway, that was most suited to myself.

Johnson spoke to me for as long as needed, he didn't rush me into making a decision I wasn't certain on, instead he asked me questions about what I wanted out of life and a career and found a perfect fit. If it wasn't for Johnson I wouldn't have been able to make the step forward into enrolling into a course that focuses on something that sits close to my heart. He has given me the confidence to move forward and I couldn't be more excited about putting my time and effort into something I'd be proud to accomplish.
Johnson explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions, he also made sure I understood his responses correctly.
