great fish and communication, fish arrived healthy and warm, this is the second time i have used online aquatics highly recommend

Very impressed with the support I received! The response to my email was prompt, clear, and addressed my issue right away. It was incredibly helpful and saved me a lot of time. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered Parrot fish Blue, green, yellow, orange, pink and red after two days blue, green, orange and pink changed color to yellow and all fish in my tank got sick. Not recommend.

I recently ordered pea puffers, danios, and otocinclus from this store. Unfortunately, most of them didn’t make it past the first few days after arrival, but the team was very understanding. They offered me a refund for the fish that died and even offered to replace them.

While the response time was a bit slow, everything was sorted out in the end, and I really appreciate their willingness to make things right. Good customer service goes a long way, and I’ll definitely be buying from them again.

must admit was abit nervous about first order but delivery came this morning absolutely brilliant well packaged very professional would highly recomend and will definataley buy again

Recently purchased a blue ram, bamboo shrimp and 2 Spotted Dora catfish. They were packaged amazingly and arrived within the stated timeframe. They're all thriving and a beautiful addition to the tank. Highly recommend. Amazing services with even better prices. Oh and the customer service if you need to contact them directly is also top tier!

Received my order of live fish, they’re all top notch, excellent quality and service, well done guys, definitely buy again and a fantastic array to choose from 😃

AVOID this company. Ordered some trewavasae but they were not the right fish. Sent photos of their fish and a photo of a real trewavasae but they insisted that they were right. Bought some trewavasae from a different company and sent them photos. They finally agreed that they were wrong and said they would change the listing but they haven't. Paid more for these fish but didn't get them. They don't know what they are selling. Buy elsewhere!

Unlike other online fish delivery companies my fish arrived on time, as described , they arrived today

Was a bit worried blindly buying fish online but the transaction went smoothly even though I messed up my adress customer service was great and sorted it right away fish arrived by 1130 next day all fish were healthy and great quality the 2 channa I ordered were much better than I was expecting and I'll 💯 percent be using these guys again in the future really good shop

Great customer service. I have made a few orders here now, every time the fish came they were healthy. Highly recommend and will be making more orders in the future.

First time buying fish online so was a wee bit weary, but I had no reason to be. Ordered on Tuesday and delivered on Thursday. Fish were well packed, double bagged, easy to open. Fish all looked healthy, proper sizes as stated, correct amount delivered, two had went out of stock and reimbursed straight away, and they were great value. I won't need any more for a while now, both tanks well stocked now, but I would definitely recommend these guys and I will do more purchases when needed. ***** 5 stars from me

So easy to complete the online check out. Simple straight forward information and kept informed if progress.

On the day of delivery I was given a time slot which was great. The fish cam perfectly packed in air filled bags of water with polystyrene box and heat packs (it was -4 degrees the night if delivery and they arrived perfect temperature and happy.

All now acclimatesed in their new tanks.

Best service. And after sales advice responded to same days in about an hour. Great service. And the fish ...the best I have ever had dream come true.

Thank you.

You have a fantastic selection of tropical fish. I have a large, busy tank, so orders will be small.
The order arrived on time, well-packed.
Even for a small box, more than one heat pad would be good. For long distance.

Ordered a selection of tropical fish for a community tank on Monday evening, had email Tuesday to say they had been dispatched for delivery Wednesday morning between 8 and 1... Arrived 11.30 am in perfect health..many thanks from a happy customer..

Fantastic service and healthy fish. Arrived safely and quickly. Will definitely use again

I ordered an assortment of Platy’s, Guppy’s, Corey’s and Rainbow fish. All arrived in perfect condition. The assorted platy’s are beautiful with a nice mix of colours. I am super delighted with the fish, on-time delivery and service provided. I have no hesitation in recommending Onlineaquaticstore for anyone considering purchasing fish online. Take the plunge, you won’t be disappointed.
