Placed an order for terploc bags and upon opening found that one had a split in it so took pics and emailed that night had a reply first thing the next morning with the resolution to send another one out and received it 48hrs later first class service and couldn’t have asked for more !!!

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere thanks to the staff member who assisted me on the shop floor on 28/08/24. I visited the store to pick up a few items and mentioned that my crops were looking sickly and struggling. After a great chat with Will, he quickly identified the potential issues and provided expert advice on how to resolve them. I followed his recommendations, and within just ONE DAY, my plants had dramatically improved – it was almost like magic!

I had been ready to give up and start over, but thanks to Will’s knowledge and guidance, he saved me a great deal of time, effort, and money.

I returned to the store on 8/11/24 to return a faulty item and make another purchase. I was greeted by Will and Ollie, both of whom were once again incredibly helpful. They answered all of my questions and offered their expert advice, demonstrating top-tier knowledge and professionalism.

I highly recommend anyone to pop in and say hello to these two – they really make a difference. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to Will and Ollie. Their expertise and dedication to customer service have made a world of difference, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Good company, but their bad for sending you a delivery that's comes on 3 separate deliveries. It's always the thing you need most that's last to arrive. Apart from that their well stocked and deliveries can and are usually quick... I've used them religiously for over 10 years now and are a great company...

I Had bought too lights one arived damage was refunded right away no problem the a few months later the other stop working and they refunded me instantly ten out of ten service and will be buying from them again soon

My dad's 93 and is still very active in his garden, but doesn't use the internet. So he relies on the phone to buy new equipment.
Most companies don't seem to like to talk to their customers these days, so when he found your company he was really happy.
He's been dealing with Ren.
Her customer service is 1st class and continuity being able to speak to the same person is invaluable.
Ordered on Wednesday, half delivered Friday, remainder Monday...Brilliant service all round.
