Absolute joke of a company! Sales service all friendly and welcoming but as soon as you hand that money over they do not care one bit!

Ive presented them with video evidence of a fault in the car, their response? We cant find anything wrong so it must be user error!
We've gone back and forth, back and forth for months now and have just been told "there's nothing more we can do because we cant find the fault!"
They are adamant there is no fault but wont take the vehicle back! Does that sound like someone who is confident there is nothing wrong?!
None of the advertised phone numbers work so when they offered to come and see the issue when it happened how were we meant to contact them?!
I am now facing a long, unnecessary battle in court! My advice? Steer clear of these cowboys!

Avoid this company if you need a car that will give you peace of mind.
Got a first car, it was a dead car with bad engine, had to go through a lot of troubles and chasing before I got a refund of their overpriced finance.
Got a second car from them again because that was their condition and it's from one problem to the other. The car cannot function for a month without a problem.
I can't wait for the extended warrantee on this to finish next year and I will run from this company never to return.
They also very awful receptionists, always on their phone, speaking in their languages and wasting customer's time whenever you go there.

Rehan was helpful initially, offering good communication by email and phone. We agreed to purchase a Toyota Auris Excel on the condition that Infinity Motors provided a Toyota health inspection report—necessary to secure an official 12-month battery guarantee—and we placed a £250 holding deposit.
​Despite requesting the Toyota health report three times, it was never provided, while an in-house report flagged a battery issue. Because the agreed condition wasn't met, we cancelled our reservation within our rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and requested a full refund.
​My refund requests were ignored, requiring a formal Letter Before Action and legal escalation to recover our funds. The deposit and court costs were ultimately reimbursed after 3 weeks and the matter was resolved, but getting our money back required long, unnecessary effort. Based on our experience, ensure any agreed sale conditions and refund terms are documented carefully before leaving a deposit.

Absolutely great experience with infinity motors! Great from start to finish especially Adam, he has kept me informed about everything and helped me massively in getting everything sorted! 5* company and staff!
