I'm sad that I fell for your advertising.
I wear compression socks and felt that, after seeing your adverts, I should try a more comfortable solution.
What a terrible mistake. Although I ordered the large size, it seems this is geared to shoe size, not calf size, and is therefore a waste of money.
I find that your adverts for compression socks are misleading. I paid £54 for 3pairs that are of no use.

While I was expecting a higher alpaca percentage they are comparable to other merino socks. The quality is excellent as is the comfort. Definitely recommend.

Then I discovered you’d created diabetic top socks! A big thank you for my lovely, warm diabetic top socks. 💕 While they are a little longer in the leg than I expected, they’re still wonderfully warm, soft, and cosy.

I’m very happy with them and so grateful to have found a comfortable sock that doesn’t feel restrictive. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have just completed the Camino Santiago de Compostela starting in St Jean Pied de Port and finishing in Santiago a total of 778.7km.
I wore one pair of the olive and Jet crew socks at the start of our journey, however I started to develop a couple of blisters, I then started to wear two pairs of the Olive and Jet crew socks and no blisters. I washed them daily and they are still as good as when I received them.
Natural moisture wicking material meant my feet didn’t sweat even when we crossed the Meseta in 36 degree heat, soft and comfortable. They still have a lot more use and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Buen Camino and Salud Olive and Jet. Mick.

i do not recommend these socks!!! very very thin mostly synthetic material, like a nylon sock; developed holes after 2 uses! In addition the dye stained my foot even after washing. I will not buy again, and feel very disappointed!!!

It was all a rather bewildering experience.
Product looked good, sounded good, great variety of styles. Happy to try the sock for diabetics although I am not diabetic, I do experience lyphodema - genetic based condition running through the women in my family. So that was a plus.
I was under the impression that the product was a locally made item. This is not the case.
Ordering was hassle free. As for tracking the delivery, it was strange. Different from most tracking system and required me to download an app on my mobile. I just do not need one more app to manage.
I suspected something different at this point.
Items paid for. Informed that it would be enroute. No other communication of any sort. I felt uneasy about the company and was very close to calling the bank to initiating a reversal of funds.
On the 3rd working day (5th day in calendar terms) I called the local company in Templeton only to hear an abrupt unpleasant, and totally unprofessional response "I'm not here." Or something similar. I just thought how slothful was this response. My interest in this company was fast declining. (I would like to say more but I will refrain from doing so.)
Now I was totally unimpressed by the company and doubted that I would appreciate the socks.
Eventually my inbox was flooded with emails outlining the tracking of the parcel about to be delivered.
Yes, it was from offshore. HongKong Express delivery YunExpress - I think it was.
I never saw any mention of the product being made in China. If I was seeking a product from China I would have gone directly to a Chinese distributor.
Package arrive on the 3rd working day. Tried on the socks. Yes, they feel comfortable. Not as warm as I hoping for from alpaca.
I will wash the products and wear them over the coming months - and see how they fare.
Would I purchase more from this company. Most probably not. That answer machine determined my response. Not impressed with Kiwi business etiquette.
Product maybe good but the whole experience was nebulous and left a distasteful feeling overall.

Socks warm, comfortable, good fit.

The compression socks are outstanding with them giving me softness and freedom on my toes and compression where l need it up my calves. With having chariot and diabetic issues with my feet and am very pleased to wear them every day. Customer service was sensational and the socks arrived in a timely manner. I would recommend Olive & Jet Alpaca compression socks to everyone.

These socks are absolutely wonderful. They are the softest socks I have ever owned. They arrived very fast.

It's so cold here at the moment, but the second I put the Olive and Jet socks on, my feet were instantly warm and SO comfy. I will never buy any other socks. They really cuddle your feet. I can't recommend them enough.

Firstly I ordered the wrong size, my mistake, I returned my order & the right size were sent out, & was extremely impressed with the way they handled my order was very quick at getting the right size out, I am a US 9.5 so got the XL Boot sock, & they are truly very comfortable, highly recommend theses socks, thank you. Both the company and the socks are great. The company responds quickly upon contact.
As for the socks - these are now my favourite socks ever. Which is saying a lot as I’m fussy about socks. I have worn the 2 pairs I bought around the beginning of winter almost nonstop. As I couldn’t stand waiting for them in the wash, I just bought 4more pairs. I’ve had cashmere socks which were very nice, but these are even better. They keep my cold, cold feet toasty warm, they stay up without cutting off circulation and the green sage colour is lovely. They fit well and don’t slip around. Way to go!

How foolish I was to believe their advertising claims.
I ordered XXL socks even though I don't have large feet.
However, they were so tight that I could hardly get then on. So I gave them to my wife who has much smaller feet. She only wore them once and said that they were very slippery inside the shoe and were tight around the middle of the feet.
If anyone wants them, they are in our wheelie bin.

I bought 4 pairs and got 4 pairs free of Oliveandjet socks. As I am a diabetic it is important to keep my feet dry especially in between my toes. Since I started wearing these socks I have no trouble in that department. I find the socks very comfortable to wear. I found Oliveandjet very easy to deal with, they "do what they say on the tin"

I bought 8 pairs and was very worried that the quality would not be great. But, I was surprised... The fit is great, the quality is good but the warmth is excellent!
I've been struggling with chillblains and was in quite a bit of pain... But these socks have made a huge difference. It took a while for international postage to arrive by me in Auckland, but they were worth the wait.

Although pricey, I'm going to buy more.
I'm not sure why there are negative reviews because I can't fault the socks and the company was good with communication

What do I say ? I finally received these today and to say I am disappointed is a total understatement . Once I worked out that these were made in China and dropped shipped I was like well as long as they are good I am ok with that . Well guess what ................. they are total rubbish . For one they took far to long to get here . 10 days delivery which is 8 working days . Ridiculous . When you pay a premium price for a product you expect quality and service !
I bought the crew socks , 3 pair for $72 AUD delivered. These socks are ridiculously thin , provide no comfort , are very slippery and I don`t find them warm at all .
Obviously they have bought alot of positive reviews to make it all look good as there is no way that many people could be happy with them !!!
Don`t waste your time .

These alpaca socks are the best I have ever worn. I am a regular walker so it’s great to know I can wear them 2-3 days in a row. Great company to deal with. I had a problem with 1 pair and they were replaced quickly with additional free ones. Amazing. Well done Olive & Jet
