Very good quality, fast shipping. The cabinets were not damaged during transport. I recommend them.

My delivery took way beyond what was advertised to me when I ordered. I understand they advise not to book work to be done before arrival but as these are large home items, people are ordering them for important work/replacements and as such they should be sent on time. I do understand things happen but I was given no updates and when I asked where my item was I was told to simply wait and see.

We ordered a white sink a black one arrived. We were very disappointed, but on the plus side customer services seem to be 100%. They have ordered a replacement and we have been told that we can exchange the boxes when the new one arrives.

I placed my order 9 days ago, and it was supposed to be delivered within 5–6 working days. I only received a message saying there’s a delay and that I’d get an update within 48 hours — but I haven’t heard anything since! I can’t even track my order!

Not great quality and instructions on the drawer unit were impossible to follow without resulting in breakage of more than one part.

Both items of furniture were of good quality, competitively priced and easy to assemble. Delivery advice could have been better - I had a message to say delivery had been delayed but it arrived on the same day as the message! Otherwise happy with the purchases and service.

Very happy with our new cabinet. From ordering through to delivery the process was very smooth.

Ordered the item and received confirmation. 3 days later I received an e-mail stating the items have left the warehouse and that as the product consists of separate parts they might be delivered separately. This was the first I had been told this. Another 3 days later I received an update. The items had been handed to the delivery company but unfortunately there will be a delay in delivering. No reason given for delay. The e-mail stated I would be informed 48 hours later what the new status is.
The following day a small parcel was delivered but not the full item. 3 days after this the other parcel to complete the order has not arrived and there has been no further communication from OK Living. The service has been very disappointing and the communication has been unacceptable. The order is still not complete 11 days after making my payment.

We’ve had a few hiccups - shortly after ordering, we were told our order had been cancelled. We reached out and the customer service said it had been done manually (which wasn’t possible by us since it was in the middle of the night) and we needed to reorder. We left it another day and then started receiving shipping notification. When the parcels arrived there is significant damage. All of them are open and shoved in a trash bag. We have no idea which pieces are missing.

We love our new dining room. It looks perfect.

I had to contact the Ok Living customer service team. They were quick to reply and resolved my query promptly.

Their website behaved a little strange on my mobile phone but I'm glad that I went through with the purchase

I tried to get more information for the delivery, but they never gave me any satisfying response. Only thing the say is ” Make the payment and we will give the delivery details.” Even dough I asked for approx. delivery times.

We ordered a Vanity Table, Stool and an LED Mirror as part of a set total £470.00
All of the items arrived separately.
The LED mirror was broken upon removal of the packaging. Item returned.
Another LED was dispatched, arrived broken again. Item returned. Requested refund. The refund for a large LED given was just £74. It was obvious that the mirrors advertised were too fragile for shipping and hence the huge price reduction but we had paid the initial full price prior to the obvious shipping issues became apparent. We feel we have been totally cheated. Be careful when purchasing from this company.

Quality piece of furniture. Only thing I didn’t like was that the piece was delayed in delivery and then suddenly arrived while we were out and was just left outside the house. Fortunately it hadn’t rained.

I have just unpacked the box to my new unit only to find no fixings and no instructions.
It looked like the box had been unpacked previously and re packaged.
I know realise there should have been 2 boxes,not one

I was going to leave a 1 star review but changed it to 3 based on the fact that they haven't actually done anything wrong

Delayed delivery. Informed me it would be delayed and they would update me which they didn't.
