Probably the worst customer services I’ve ever experienced. I’m on email number 43 now to try and get a refund on items that were sent incorrectly.
And email 9 trying to get their Vat number to claim Vat back through my business.
The products we bought were very cheap and we found out why. Quality is terrible.

Apauling customer service long delays with delivery compensation offered but never recieved s disconect between manufacure and delivery product came in two deliveries on two different days

The wardrobe arrived two boxes on the thurs and a further two the following Tues. no idea why.
Upon unboxing we realised nothing was numbered and the instructions are very unclear.
Hired a pro to come and assemble and they gave up after an hour of attempting it. Absolutely ridiculous.

I purchased the toddler floor bed and for the price you can’t beat it. It did take a few extra days to arrive, however, we did email the company about when it would eventually arrive.

They promptly replied that it should arrive within the week, and it did.

The assembly was super quick too, so no complaints from us here. Would definitely purchase from here again.

We love the computer desk unit we ordered, but the packaging was poor quality and it arrived damaged and getting a replacement part was too difficult (out of stock) so we had to accept a small refund but have a slightly damaged desk. Not the best.

Ordered a desk from Ok living, they did not tell me when the item would be delivered. They emailed to say the item has been delayed and within 14 hours the item unexpectedly turned up when we were out and Parcelforce took it back to their depot stating I had to collect it from their depot. Contacted Ok-Living to get them to rearrange the delivery and they refused to do anything. No communication whatsoever on delivery. Very poor.

Ordered a coffee table. Good price. Delivery was in a reasonable timescale. The instructions for assembly were easy to understand and all items were present. The table is really lovely and we're very happy with it

Product was with few scratches here and there.
Instructions were not very clear.You had to guess couple of times what is the next step. Overall ok to build it yourself.

Delivery was very poor. Address label was misprinted and rather than scan the barcode to check the full address the package was just dumped randomly within the post code area. Item is fine however, very pleased.

They sent a sink which arrived late and has a faulty opening/closing mechanism. They are telling me to send everything back to have the refund. It would cost me as much as a new sink to send it back!
Terrible costumer service and I will never use it again.

Update. I have asked a 15%discount to buy the new waste and they agreed.
Quick answer so I didn't stay without sink for long

Stayed in contact about delayed deliveries. Packaged well easily assembled didn’t really need to look at the instructions!

The holes didn’t match up on the hinge for the doors. I had to get someone else to have a look and they have verified this . I will be sending an email with the pictures attached. After waiting so many weeks then to not even get past the 1st step is disgraceful

I ordered a toddler bed and it turned up in the time frame suggested, the quality of the item was brilliant and the instructions were simple which made it very easy to put together.
I read some conflicting reviews on here after I placed my order but I am pleased to say I had a positive experience and myself and my toddler are very happy with the bed. Thankyou. 😊

Not received my item.
Item took about 4 week to come.
Its come damaged.

I have not received my item. It was delivered without warning while I was at work but although I have gone through the redelivery process I have still not received it. There is no easy way if contacting someone to find out where it is and the tracker shows no updates for almost a week.

You haven't delivered my order. You just keep sending me 'your order is delayed' emails with no commitment to when I receive it or explanation for why I haven't. Then, to add insult to injustice, you send me a feedback request asking how you did. What this tells me is your processes are awful and you are about as consumer centric as a rock!!

Bought a small bench to go with a kitchen table, it fits perfectly, feels sturdy enough, the design is lovely, delivery was fast, assembly instructions clear, I’m delighted with the purchase.

Well over a week since placing order and still receiving emails informing me the shipment is delayed. Disappointing that items are being sold and money taken for things which there is no stock for.

The details on the website are very accurate and give precise measurements; this helped me to decide which version of the front cover I needed. The ordering process was very easy, and I had confirmation of shipping within the hour. It has been easy to track the progress of the shipment, and it arrived three days before I expected based on the estimate given with the order. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that two handles were included, as they were not listed on the website. It has been very straightforward to follow the instructions and fit the door onto my dishwasher - it also looks brilliant with the gloss finish and fits in beautifully with the rest of my kitchen.
