We firstly dealt with Steve at the Wood Norton Hotel who was very helpful and agreed to upgrade our room complimentary, which we thought was very generous.

Then Mary looked after the booking and this lady was exceptional to say the least, as nothing was too much trouble.

We book regularly and always have excellent service from the Off Peak Luxury team.
Booking is really straightforward and we appreciate being able to speak to the friendly and helpful staff.
Staff are prompt and efficient in getting back to us if we have any questions.

Our worst nightmare when travelling to the hotel we had pre-booked for our anniversary. A call from Julie delivered the devastating news. The hotel had an outbreak of Noravirus and had cancelled all room bookings for 48 hours. We really were in limbo but for the help of Julie and offpeakluxury. In less than an hour they emailed 2 options of similar packages. I sat with my wife in a coffee shop and we made a decision to go with one of the options. Julie went back and booked it for us, and arranged a refund for the difference. Everything done so swiftly on email including order confirmations and vouchers. In no time we continued our journey and checked in on time to our new hotel.
These guys were outstanding and I can’t recommend them enough. If we had booked direct with the hotel we would have met our end on this one. Using a ‘broker’ like offpeakluxury covers you when things go wrong. They do all the work and the moral of this story is don’t leave home without them! A big thank you to Julie and the staff at offpeakluxury for helping us out on the day, for both the speed and professionalism. Outstanding.

Easy to book, great price including evening meal and wine (a package not available elsewhere)

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

If I could leave 0 star I would booked a birthday trip away but unfortunately have caught COVID. Tried to cancel even though its within cancelation period to be told I have to pay the admin charge. Sent my PCR results showed my isolation period ends the day after I am suppose to go to the hotel but still will not refund me all my money. Disgusting company making money off people when they can't attend through no fault of thier own. Shall I just attend then and make everyone else sick absolutely disgusting

We had no problem making this booking. My only comment was that it was slightly cheaper at another site. Having said that when we went to book the booking was unavailable so I have no hesitation in recommending offpeakluxury.com

Yet again another fantastic break thanks to OPI. There was a minor issue with our reservation when we arrived at our hotel but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. We will always book through OPI as we are guaranteed a quality service.

Excellent service with a lovely person taking our booking. She was so helpful, courteous and patient and explained everything really well. We feel happy with our booking and think the package purchased was a really good deal.

My dealings with them were great until I had cause to raise an issue. I didn't feel like the handling of my concerns was at the level I would expect. This feedback seems to be one theme of the weaker customer reviews left on Trust Pilot, and apparent in some of their replies.

The whole booking process was first class. The whole team were amazing and ensured we got exactly what we needed.

Yet again I have experienced fantastic service from this company and especially from Elaine. She found me the impossible, negotiated a great rate and booked and paid for it with my voucher. She even made a dinner reservation for us. It like having our own private consierge! My number one go to company, I just wish they would do none uk properties as well

A lovely lady called Sophia booked us in and couldn't have been more helpful. A very easy process and a great deal. We are thoroughly looking forward to our stay.

The actual booking experience with OPL was excellent, and the reservations team worked hard to ensure our amended reservation of 1x night was increased to 2x nights with very little fuss. Their communication access was good and we were able to contact them by e-mail and 'phone every easily.
Unfortunately, our stay at the Langstone Quays Hotel in Hayling Island was not so good. We have reviewed this separately.

Have used this web site before. Has a great selection of country house hotels and lots of offers. I liked the fact that I could put in my dates and it would show me a availability which get at the moment as everything is UK is booking up fast.

Me and my wife have been using Off-peak luxury deals for over 8 years the packages are fantastic looking forward to the next 8 years👍

Excellent service. Very friendly and helpful. They even phoned me back to let me know they were still trying the hotel and let me know I hadn’t been forgotten. I will definitely book through Off Peak Luxury again.
