Probably the worst and most frustrating customer experience I have ever come across in my 52 years. I'be been locked out of my account for 3 days just because I changed my phone and the authenticator app stopped working. There is then NO way to contact Microsoft. Upon finally finding a number i was sent into a loop of hell - being left on hold for approx 6 hours in total. At the end I rang back to original number and they finally gave me a ticket - I was then told I'd be called back but a FULL day later I have still heard nothing. I am paying for a subscription I can't use. And the Authenticator app on my new phone needs an Authenticator app to approve it - it's just bonkers. Clearly I'm not alone based on other google searches - people have been left for days without use of Office, As a small business owner this is very stressful

Great support. I was not sure if I am able to install the software myself. They helped me, even if it tooked half an hour. So friendly and professional. Love them.

Great Service, Amazing Price and easy to install

This website always offers great value genuine Microsoft software and operating systems. Very useful for someone on a budget and not worried that it may not be the latest version.

This review is in two parts, one is a recent purchase of a Windows 10 Pro Key. the other an old purchase.

It really is as simple as "I have the software but I have misplaced my key (serial)" or in my case, I was upgrading my computers from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro and had to do a fresh installs and did not have the keys(serial) written down.

Go to their website, click the software/ key you require from a very easy menu system, pop in your debit card details and email and within seconds you receive your key (serial) in your email.
Yup that easy, all the keys are working and official, you could not ask for an easier system.

Part two is a very...very old purchase from Softwaregeeks, I'm talking 4yrs ago... ok so remember the computers that I needed to reinstall with fresh operating systems?. " knowing" I had the keys stored in a safe place, I wiped both computers. I went to get the serials, my safe place was a little too safe, could not find them anywhere, I contacted Softwaregeeks, (Dec 2020), where I purchased them originally, (2016) and ill be honest, was expecting to be told to " sling my hook" .. but their team was awsum! they went waaay above and beyond customer service and tracked down my order from 4 years back, emailing me and keeping me posted all the way, I know this was a one-off and they usually have a one year guarantee on their products, but this is the quality that you will be dealing with when you use Softwaregeeks.

No fuss, immediate key and download instructions, works like a dream

Few, if any, instructions on what and how to download - not made clear whether can download both 32 bit and 64 bit versions or just one of these versions. Link to installation and activation instructions was broken. Had to guess what to do.

Fast and reliable service.

I bought a win 10 pro key about a year ago when they were 'geeks'. Due to circumstances I didn't get round to using it until recently. ..it didn't work. They were great with the service and got a new one to me straight away which did work. I've used them for years and will continue to.

We run a non-profit computer building thing out of our home. We get in donations of cash or computer parts and help build nice systems for people on fixed income for little to no cost. Finding Windows licences for cheap was really the best way to go, and you guys have pulled through every time. Thank you so much for helping us put together 11 PC's and counting, using the software we get from you.

Latest update... they are now trying to get this review removed by lying to Trust Pilot and saying this isn't a genuine review and that I've not actually bought anything from them.... AFTER REFUNDING ME THE MONEY GIVEN TO BUY SOMETHING.

This bunch of cowboys continue to plunder the depths of what is morally and ethically acceptable and I hope that the below review stands as a stark warning to people about what these liars are really like. Because they really don't like the truth to be told about them... and will do anything they can to try and cover up and censor anyone who exposes them.

I ordered a Windows 10 license but it never arrived. Asked more than once for them to email it to me as it was for a disabled person who needs it for their records. But never received a response. Filed a PayPal dispute to recover my money as I was forced to purchase else where. After a further week of ignoring the dispute with paypal, I escalated it to a claim and only then did that prompt a response.

If you read their reply to this review... I tried contacting their support and was ignored. They then ignored the paypal dispute for a further week until I forced the issue.

I have not received ONE SINGLE EMAIL, and I have no idea why the emails they claim to have sent are not arriving, they're not being added to my junk mail or spam folder or anything like that. I purchased a license from them about 18 months ago when I rebuilt my system and the email arrived straight away. It's why I thought I could trust them again.

Paypal have now emailed me to say they've reviewed the case and have refunded me. So at least I will be getting my money back.

But this whole experience leaves a bitter taste in the mouth and I cannot recommend them at all. I can however accept that the issue could have been a communication problem if those alleged emails have simply disappeared never to arrive. But their lies and attempts to censor people are disgusting, they have tried to leverage a refund in exchange for removing this review entirely... Not the actions of honest people.
