In microsoft 365 beheerscentrum kun je bij vragen of problemen een ticket maken en om telefonische hulp vragen. Dit werkt echt heel goed. Fantastisch. Lijkt wel of ik mijn eigen helpdesk heb bij microsoft. Ze hebben altijd een oplossing en zijn super netjes en geduldig aan de telefoon. Ik ben zeer tevreden !

After dealing with Microsoft support I bought Windows 10 Pro from office-365. They sent the activation code fast and my laptop was up and running in no time—good service!

I've relied on this site for my software requirements for over a year. They consistently provide authentic licenses, competitive prices, and rapid support. It's a reliable source for legitimate software.

I did the 30 day trial. 2 weeks in I cancelled it. Low and behold I got charged. I called to see why. According to the sales rep. the account was under an email I hadn't used since 2020. But when I looked at my accounts they both showed no purchases.
It took almost 3 hours to get them to refund my money. (Note my 2020 account was a completely different credit card.) So something was fishy

1. I did the trial 2 weeks before I cancelled it to avoid me forgetting.
2. I noticed charge was pending from Microsoft 365
3 chatted with representative who assured me I wouldn't be charged I was
4. Chatted again with a representative was told the trial was cancelled and they couldn't see that I was charged. Asked for more information.
5. They found an (old) email that was charged for the service note that account has not been used since 2020 and it showed no purchases since 2019(I think)
6. That account showed Microsoft 365 was not active.
7. Both the account I used for the trail had no active, recent purchases.
Please note that first they couldn't see my account information on either email. Than they could only see it on one(2020 inactive)

You know if they would of admitted the mistake or at the very least if I would of been able to use Microsoft 365 I wouldn't of cared I would of just used the service
But they lied at that point it became a matter principle.

I would rather not pay for a prescription, but if you have to, then this is a good option. Everything works as expected.

I ordered a key and it worked. Simple as that.

word is een heel vervelend progamma(mag niet schelden van trustpilot), mag niet eens een opdracht schrijven voor school, telkens als ik een tekst wil verplaatsen naar het begin van het blad gaat ie of daar boven zitten of daar ver onder. Microsoft, PAS DIT ALSJEBLIEFT NU AAN!!!

Microsoft used to be a good company selling good quality products, but lately simple email account is getting spammed like crazy. Looks like our data is simply sold to scammers otherwise Microsoft doesn't have any income.
My advice is not to use their cloud based products and simply install stand alone software or switch to another company, especially when email account is involved.
