I've spent two days trying to purchase Microsoft 365 Business Basic with no success. The system automatically blocks all payments with error 43881 with no clear explanation. I've tried multiple cards, a VPN, and different payment methods — nothing works. Phone support doesn't answer, the numbers don't exist or are down, and the chat is just a useless bot that solves nothing. A company the size of Microsoft unable to process a $14/month payment is simply unacceptable. I set up Google Workspace in 20 minutes with zero issues. Avoid Microsoft if you're a small international business owner — the system is designed to make your life impossible.

I tried to chat with their help box to no avail. Their auto choices did not pertain to my many issues, as I have a personal account and a work account that have become unmanageable. I tried calling their help line, which offered no help and hung up on me. Frustrated I lowered my personal account to the lowest annual upgrade. There is no tech support. You’re on your own. Figure it out or hire someone to help!

Terrible system stay the hell away from it Google is probably better. Days weeks months spent on stuff that should’ve taken a few hours. If only they would explain it or create the system to not be a big pile of crap. Spent so much time getting it started I can’t imagine what it’s gonna take to keep it going. Just stay away Files disappear if you don’t do exactly a certain thing, it just doesn’t help at this point It’s a system that relies on you to have it all figured out with their system. I would just tell you to go somewhere else if they have something like it, which a lot of people now have a very similar system. If you did just get Microsoft 365 God, rest your soul because you may die before you get it going and if you do there will come A time……

Har abboneret på office 365 gennem flere år, så lavede de en opdatering som mit outlook ikke kunne kapere, da opdateringen på programmet var stoppet. Outlook blev lukket. Jeg har senere prøvet at installere et ældre officeprogram (på opfordring fra Ms support. det kunne heller ikke åbne. Alt ms office blev slettet, Jeg kan så nu bruge excell og word dvs se filerne ikke redigere i dem (skrivebeskyttede) man kan ikke slette skrivebeskyttelsen, da det står som om de ikke er beskyttede. Købt et ms officeprogram 2024 og indstalleret på en nyere mac, der har aldrig været officeprogrammer på den. Alt fungerer Hurra, dog da jeg kommer til import af filer fra den gamle mac viser det sig at det ikke kan lade sige gøre, den facilitet er ikke til rådighed. Anbefaling fra ms support installer et klassisk officeprogram, det kan jeg ikke på den gamle, det vil ikke virke. Ja ærgeligt

Het is nagenoeg onmogelijk iemand van support aan de lijn te krijgen. Laatste gesprek werd na 32 minuten in de wachtrij afgebroken. Ze zijn oppermachtig hebben volgens mij alle mensen vervangen door een waardeloos AI systeem, om maar niet te spreken van dat waardeloze muziekje dat je krijg gepresenteerd in de wacht.

So many unnecessarily awful things to deal with, with how badly made almost everything is. Every day, I have to waste so much time with so many stupid things that could easily be made better. And I am forced to work with with it. I have nothing good to say about Microsoft. They are such a shitty company. I guess that is what you get when a company has a monopoly on the industry and do not care to make the world a better place.
