While the support team resolved the issue effectively, the extra delay was a minor inconvenience. With better documentation, this would easily be a top-tier experience.

Why do Microsoft change every menu each time they are "upgrading"? Just keep it simple, don't change every time and think the changes are for the best for the users. Just leave things alone. There are so many other thing to fix than just moving buttons and menus around so nobody can find them afterwards. Do you have so much spare time, then sack some people. They are useless! You don't see car producers change the position of the steering wheel or brake pedals are every time, do you? Exactly. Leave things where they have always been so it's familiar for the users.

My only feedback is that the website could offer more payment methods to make shopping even easier.

En janvier, ils ont fait la mise à jour de l'abonnement sans prévenir, et ajouté 30 euros pour inclure Copilot.
J'ai résilié Copilot... mais j'ai eu un mail m'informant que cette résiliation ne sera valable que dans un an.
A aucun moment je n'ai reçu de mail m'informant du changement de tarif.
