I have contacted odd muse over a few issues and every time the customer service has been outstanding. My latest contact with customer service was with Katie and she was nothing short of fantastic at her job - professional, clear and super efficient. Keep doing exactly what you are doing Odd Muse!

Firstly, I'd like to start this review by saying I've followed odd muse for a couple of years and I absolutely love the look of the dresses.
I finally ordered myself one and the material was beautiful, so heavy, the quality was brilliant but the sizing is mental!
I'm a size 10 and I had to order a XL which is mad. An XL to me is a size 18-20 which I am not.
The dress was very fitted around my tummy area but huge in the arms and neck area.
I've already packed it back up to return.
Such a shame because I loved the idea of wearing a odd muse dress but it made me feel absolutely ridiculous about my body shape.

Love the quality of the clothing and customer service by this women-owned brand! I mistakenly ordered two of the same item and I asked if the item could be replaced with a different color, fully expecting for that not to be feasible as the order has already been placed. Thankfully, they were quick to modify the order and grant my request. Tremendously appreciated, both for the kindness and flexibility but also for the urgency and quickness this matter was treated with!

My dress arrived with marks and pulls on the material. Customer service while professional and responsive offered me a 15% partial refund or to return for a gift card balance once inspected. Disappointing considering the quality I would expect for the prices.
I ordered a new dress elsewhere and will sadly pay more to have the dress fixed.

I had an exchange that involved a few moving parts, and the customer support team went far above and beyond. They responded incredibly quickly (often multiple times a day), proactively solved issues before I even had to ask, and were genuinely kind throughout the entire process.

I’ve honestly never experienced this level of care or responsiveness from a support team before. What could have been frustrating was completely stress-free thanks to them. Truly exceptional service.

Immediately responded and fixed my problems with my order. The team for both e-commerce as well as at the NYC location have been amazing and have made me feel like a valued customer. I will continue to be a customer of this brand.

I ordered a dress to the wrong address and emailed the help team. I got a response from Katie within a few hours and she corrected the mistake. Great customer service and very friendly staff.

Sizes are way off and to reiterate another review, temu quality and London prices. There are much better brands out there offering better quality for an equal if not lower price. A couple of the dresses I tried on were stained and the shop floor was dirty.

Can not fault oddmuse at all! Delivery is rapid, they were very prompt with responding to queries and returns (I bought the wrong size originally and had to return/exchange) which is amazing as I ordered over the Christmas/ new year period. The dress is absolutely STUNNING and compliments my figure beautifully 😍 Bought for my graduation and it was PERFECT 🤩

UPDATE!! Odd Muse have flagged my review to TrustPilot for using defamatory messaging they are clearly trying to remove customers reviews fraudulently - Trustpilot has rejected this.

Everything in my review is the truth and the images of the dresses completely differ to what has been received. Absolutely shocking, I am a long time customer who has spent thousands with odd muse! They won’t even give me a partial refund to cover the costs of alterations which is insane! So down hundreds of pounds and now having to cover bridesmaid dress alterations for an insane amount of excess material on the bust and a poor fitting dress which has now been pulled from their bridesmaid collection - I wonder why!

I purchased five identical dresses from Odd Muse in March 2025 to be used as bridesmaid dresses. All five dresses were brand new, unworn, and remain with original tags and packaging.

When comparing the dresses received with the advertised imagery used at the point of purchase, there was a clear and consistent difference in bust construction. The dresses supplied contained a significantly larger amount of fabric across the bust than shown in the advertised version, materially altering the silhouette and meaning professional alterations are required for all five dresses to be wearable.

This issue was consistent across all garments and not related to individual body shape or preference. The style has since been discontinued and relaunched with a visibly different construction.

I raised this with customer service and requested a partial refund to reflect unavoidable alteration costs. Odd Muse declined any remedy, relying on the time elapsed since purchase, despite the dresses being unworn and the issue relating to misdescription rather than preference or fit.

While staff responses were polite, the company refused to engage meaningfully or offer any goodwill resolution.

I’m disappointed with both the quality control and the lack of flexibility when an issue affects multiple identical items. I would advise future customers to inspect garments extremely carefully on arrival and be aware that post-purchase support is limited.

I would rate your brand 100/100 I bought a dress which was too small for me I returned and exchange it the customer service was top notch excellent customer service experience.i love my dress every one was asking me of where I got the dress from the dress made my graduation a memorable one

I bought a dress for my hen from Odd Muse and loved it so much I wore it to my day 2 as well! Great quality and shape and came quickly. Import taxes are expenses, but it’s all included in the delivery on the site, so you know exactly what you’re spending before you hit complete! Would recommend

was repeatedly addressed under the wrong name (“Lashes”), which was clearly taken from my email address, even after I personally introduced myself by my real name. I corrected your team once and received an apology — yet in the very next communication regarding another issue, I was addressed as “Lashes” again. This shows a careless and overly automated approach to customer communication.

When I asked why the first-order discount code did not apply, I was told that it does not work on all items. In every other reputable online store I have purchased from, first-order codes apply to all products, so this felt misleading and poorly communicated.

In addition, “shipping insurance” was charged separately — something that established brands normally include as standard.

What further reduced my trust is that it is unclear what would happen if an order was placed without purchasing this “insurance”. The brand’s website states that returns are not allowed, while customer support confirmed by email that returns are possible — which is contradictory and concerning.

Overall, the checkout and communication experience felt misleading rather than premium.
Because of this, I will not be placing any orders and cannot recommend this brand.

Brought the popular odd muse t shirt and petite trouser. Really impressed the trousers were double lined and non see through which is rare. I would say the fit runs small and it’s super pricey for a polyester item. However it looks like it will last long term. The petite trouser is necessarily petite as in 5ft and it was still long.
