I ordered a dress from Odd Muse for my graduation, and while I ran into a sizing hiccup (my own fault for not trying it on sooner!), the customer service completely turned my experience around. I visited the Bond Street store and was so well looked after by Joy, Jaisal, and store manager Laurena, who went above and beyond to help me sort an exchange in time for my big day. Their advice and kindness made a stressful situation so much easier.
As for the dress itself, it's even better in person than online. The quality is fantastic, the fit is flattering. I'd genuinely recommend it to anyone, regardless of body shape, as it's designed to flatter beautifully.
Thank you to the whole team for making this such a lovely experience despite the timing stress. I'll definitely be shopping with Odd Muse again!

I ordered two dresses from Odd Muse for an upcoming wedding. The package arrived as a poorly sealed envelope that wasn't properly stuck down, and it was missing one of the dresses entirely. When I contacted customer support, they claimed their warehouse CCTV showed it was packed and refused to help further. By law, the trader is legally responsible for the goods until they are safely delivered into the customer's hands, regardless of transit or packaging failures. Refusing to refund for an incomplete delivery is unacceptable. Please avoid. You ll loose money paying for items you didn't recieve due to poor packaging on odd muse part!

I had some trouble with my parcel but the customer service is very helpful and professional. The clothes however are better than expected. Definitely ordering again!

Am appalled by the fabric choices for the prices she is charging. I think Amy has some issues. She calls this slow fashion and its all garbage. I have been in fashion since the 60s. I bought a pair of polyester pants in the late 70s and after a day of wearing them I got home...took t hem off and threw them out. Never have put polyester against my skin again. This id disgusting.

I have been waiting for a refund for two and a half weeks now. The customer service team is not responding to me and I just want a refund. Not suitable for bodies with a larger chest either

I sent a product back and they hadn’t had it back stuck with Royal Mail however they responded to me straight away and refunded my money excellent customer service and their clothing is beautiful

Never order from odd muse!!! I have been waiting 2 months for a refund and am going around in circles trying to get my money back!! Warning to not trust odd muse!

I was pretty impressed with both how quickly they sent out the dress and how quickly they processed my return. I had been nervous as I had read some unfavourable reviews on this but it was all sorted quickly. You do have to pay for return postage but that was something I had accepted. I did love the dress but it was faaarrr too tight in the bust which was a shame as it fit well everywhere else.

I have been a regular customer at Odd muse since the cinched blazer days. The quality is second to none, you can truly see that a lot of thought and trial goes into making and designing the garments. There are a few things that keep me returning 1. The quality of clothes and the way they make you look and feel. No Spanx needed ever. So flattering, lasts forever if you follow the wash guide.
2. Their customer service is exceptional, I had a crisis with a return and they were very compassionate. I had even stated if not possible I won’t be put off as I love the brand. The clothes arrive really quickly after ordering too!
3. It’s all timeless pieces that I can rewear for years reducing my costs of re buying (except for when Aimee launches a new collection) and supporting the planet.

Thank you all and keep up the great work. Oh and Jerlinda in customer service, thank you for your compassion and kindness you are an asset to the team.

Dreadful in every way. Product arrived faulty. Material was puckered in several places. A real phaff to return and at a cost of £3.95 despite the item being faulty. So with the delivery cost and return cost out of pocket by over £10 for nothing! Apparantly you can claim these costs back after return is received, so yet more emailing and phaffing about plus a 14 day wait. NEVER AGAIN

Wish I had read the review I won't be ordering anything from them again. I returned three items and have heard nothing since, I didn't know there was a swap condition that you had to opt out of . This does not seem to be a fair way to purchase - surely you should be opting in for that condition. I hope I haven't lost my money it was a high value order, I will pursue. This is terrible customer service.

Would NOT recommend buying from this company based on my experience.

I returned two dresses together in one parcel, yet Odd Muse are now claiming that only one dress was inside the package. I even received an email confirmation from them when the return was delivered, clearly referencing both returned items.

After reading other reviews, it appears I am not the only customer who has experienced issues with returns and refunds.

Very disappointed with how this has been handled. Customers should not be held responsible for warehouse processing errors after providing proof of return delivery. I will not be purchasing from Odd Muse again and would caution others before ordering.

Website weist Nettopreise aus. Hinzu kommen Steuern und Zollgebühren. Rückversand kostet 30€.
Qualität ist okay, aber nicht mehr (Reisverschluss lässt sich sehr schwer schließen, die Naht am Ausschnitt dreht sich nach außen).
Tatsächlich ist die Form der Kleider schön, der Stoff fühlt sich auch angenehm an. Allerdings: Polyester bleibt Polyester - und 200€ für Polyester muss jeder selbst wissen.

I have not experienced this level of dedicated customer service for a very long time! I was so impressed on the response time and the search for a resolution to my issue which was a very serious one. I will definitely re purchase from Odd Muse genuinely because of the help that Jerlinda at customer service provided

Gutted the quality and style of the dresses are beautiful. So disappointed at the sizing of the product. I am a size 16 but thought I’d go safe with 18 (3xl) for comfort wasn’t even close to doing up was more like a size 14 never been so disappointed by a brand.
