Love my RallyE! So happy with it I ordered a city bike as well.

Nothing but great things to say about N+.

In meinem Leben bin ich noch nie einem derart unverantwortlichen Unternehmen begegnet.
Ich bin ehrlich gesagt sehr überrascht, wie große Marken wie Mercedes mit einer solchen Firma zusammenarbeiten können.

Selbst wenn es sich um das beste Fahrrad der Welt handeln würde, würde ich allein aufgrund dieser Erfahrung niemals wieder mit diesem Unternehmen Geschäfte machen.

I love my new Rallye bike. It showed up quicker than I had anticipated. Unfortunately my helmet and fender have yet to make it to me. I would have given five stars if the logistics had been coordinated better.

The purchase process was straight forward and the customer service team has been super helpful with my follow up questions. The bike itself is as advertised, a great smooth ride. Kinda what you expect for something with the star on it.

Wonderful product…even looks well made.. I bought 2 street bikes. One for me and one for my wife.. still waiting for 1 large helmet and 2 kickstands I purchased afterwards.

Well I just gonna say one thing. I love it. Is a masterpiece I was not expecting nothing less from Mercedes Benz.

Great bike. Customer service is lacking. No idea when the bike or accessories will arrive. Virtually no customer support.

Very fast and very meticulous delivery,everything came in perfect condition, glad to have one, cause it’s not just a regular e-bike!

Dee did a wonderful job in working with me & answering my questions. Bike arrived earlier than projected. Easy to finish assembly out of the box. Bike is on the heavy side, but has plenty of power to spare. I was blown away riding in the lowest assist mode (Comfort). I’m eagerly looking forward to some warmer weather to enjoy future adventures with this bike.

Sehr ansprechendes Design der eBike Serie Silver Arrow 02 und 03, ABER: Mangelhafte Konstruktion im Mittelmotor-Bereich und der dortigen Kabelführung. Anfragen beim Support- und Customer-Service blieben ohne Ergebnis und Kulanz. Direkte Antworten auf meine eMails blieben bisher aus. Empfehlung meinerseits: Finger weg bei langfristigem Gebrauch. Das Produkt sieht zwar schön aus, hält aber technisch nicht ein, was n+ verspricht!

My sales contact Dee was very helpful. However now that I have it’s been politely suggested to call someone else. Who? There is no communication, the documentation is pathetic and in some cases just wrong. The bike seems nice, although one of the tires blew out on first ride! But I got a new one that I paid for and things now seem ok. The documentation and lack of support are reasons to not buy, it’s that bad. Bike is ok.

Constant updates on shipping, great customer service, and the bike is fantastic, as you would imagine.

I’m going to start out by explaining why I deducted 1 star, because that will be followed by a lot of praise.
As others have stated,I would’ve appreciated more
explanation on the shipping delays,and addressing it.
Also,there were two little knicks(only)in the paint,and a couple rub marks on the matte finish.Having said that,the packing is very good,as those were the only flaws.
Only other complaint is the weight of this e-bike…would carbon frame help…perhaps?
Ok…let’s get to the praise.
The bike is solid/sturdy and well made.
The design and parts quality make me very happy.
Despite the weight,the bike has great power,and pick-up.
Although I am still waiting on the fenders…This bike,as a kit (as I ordered all the accessories) is amazing!
There is no other product out there that gives all the “goodies”…aka the smart helmet,carbon fiber stand,
dashboard/cockpit with all the info given legibly.
As a car enthusiast,I own a Mercedes Benz CL65 AMG 12 cylinder coupe in Black.
The Rallye e-bike looks amazing sitting right next to my vehicle!

I needed a replacement wheel for the V13 road bike I purchased from N+ early in 2024. Have been working with Magda on this and she has been very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I am hoping the wheel ships out soon so I can get back to riding my favorite bike!

Sophie has been great to deal with at n+ . She helped me make some important changes to my order that will enhance my riding pleasure!!

I live in South Florida and have ordered my bike on August first and just received it at home today 8/12 as expected.
The support team was very responsive to my emails clarifying all of my questions and the bike is already assembled and delivered as described.

Hello, I was recently informed that the bike would be shipped within 14 days. That's why I'm giving it 5 stars because so far everything is as I was previously informed.
I hope I will receive my dream bike soon

My work with n+BIKES for my McLaren eBIKE was great - Sophie followed up via email and calls and everything was perfect - everyone can learn from n+

Magda and Randy were nothing but exceptionally great with their service. Emails kept going back and forth in a timely manner with a lot of useful information..

It really took a long time between my first consultation and the answer, then it was expedited even though my need could not be resolved positively.
