The website is legitimate and can be trusted. Just be prepared for the delivery process to take longer than expected, and communication may require some patience. In the end, both bikes and almost all accessories arrived, and I am satisfied with the purchase. The bikes are excellent and worth the wait.

Bought a less expensive model (about 2k) for my wife, not knowing what to expect, just that she and I need help to bike up a steep and long hill to get back to our house. The bike was more than adequate for the task and it is really a handsome machine. It was easy to put together and the one time I needed customer support they were there and very helpful. It's a big online purchase but I would be confident to buy another bike from them again. Like the car, it's a high quality and good-looking vehicle.

I received my bike and it was more than what I expected! Very well built but a little on the heavy side. I get comments and stares every time I ride it. Performance is great and the helmet is a game changer!! I would recommend it to everyone. Satisfied customer

Ich habe mein Fahrrad im Januar bestellt und über 8000 € hin überwiesen. Bis heute habe ich kein Fahrrad und jetzt wird behauptet ich habe meine Bestellung storniert. Was überhaupt nicht stimmt. Bitte bitte seid vorsichtig und bestell dort keine Ware.

This is the second time I’ve purchased a Mercedes E Bike from N Plus. The first I purchased a couple years back and returned it due to poor quality.
I thought I’d give it a second chance when a new model was unveiled early this year.
What a mistake! I ordered the bike in Feb 2026 and it was in stock. I asked them to hold the bike until April as I was in Mexico for the winter- they did not. A week after ordering the bike I received a call from FedEx to arrange delivery- I flipped out and after several days of phone calls to N Plus and FedEx- I was told the bike would be returned and held at the warehouse- I returned in Early April and called N Plus to arrange delivery- and was told that they had no bikes in stock and that the bike would not be made- Totally unacceptable as I paid for the bike in Feb 2026. After expressing my satisfaction, I was offered a complimentary upgrade- so I happily accepted. Problem is , again , they have no bikes- or accessories. I was promised 3 different delivery dates and with the latest being in late June. I’m shocked at the way this company operates and to hold a Mercedes license. Unbelievable. I’ve owned 3 Mercedes cars and would never think in a million of years, after such a horrid track record, N Plus is able to retain the license. I’ll be writing to Mercedes as well. As much as I want the bike, I’m probably going to cancel it, as I trust they won’t deliver it in late June- and I need it for Summer.

Terrible customer service. I was promised a partial refund for an extra battery that I won't need. They promised the finance department is working on that and to expect to see the refund in two weeks. It is now a month with no refund!

cannot recommend n+ Bikes.

I have had a defective bicycle that cannot charge, and this case has now been ongoing for nearly 9 months. The bike has only been used for 38 km.

After a long delay, they finally sent a technician, but he was there for حوالي 5 minutes and simply confirmed what I had already reported from the beginning — that the bike does not charge. Since that visit, I have heard absolutely nothing.

There has been no follow-up, no solution, and no accountability.

I have made multiple attempts to get this resolved, but I am being completely ignored. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

I am now forced to escalate the matter to the relevant authorities and am considering further legal action.

Avoid at all costs.

Um das Produkt zu Verkaufen sind Sie Heiß aber ausliefern ist keine Interesse da. Schade das der Kunde
danach keinen mehr im Unternehmen sich für interessiert. Nach einigen Beschwerden von mir hab ich
jetzt eine Antwort wann es ausgeliefert werden soll .
Nach mal 2 Monate warten also 8 Monate wenn es kommt. So kann man eine gute Marke benutzen und kaputt machen. Das sowas Mercedes zulässt ,traurig

Bought a Mercedes AMG-Petronas city bike in November 2025, have still not recieved the fenders after 5 months of waiting, and n+ keep on stalling. worst customer service department in the world...... have been in touch with their CEO and customer servive numereous times, and nobody gives a Sh..
this is a fairly expensive e-bike with a very well know brand name. Mercedes- Petronas name is being tarnished by this amateur compoany.
don't buy from them until they can guarentee delivery of all parts at the same time.
do yourself a favour and avoid buiyng from this crap company.

Only received the free bike so far not the RallyE that I actually paid for with zero communication about it almost 2 months after paying them.

I bought a silver arrow n+bike a couple of years ago. I was super excited for the bike to arrive. I'm afraid to say it's been riddled with issues. Only one of the charging sockets works and the battery button under the seat sometimes works, sometimes doesn't so it often runs out of power and the ball bearings / sockets in the pedals squeak. I've not done many miles and the customer service is very slow and I can't ever find replacement parts. The bike is great on straights a little slow to get started but I wouldn't get one again

Enjoying the bike even I have not receive my other accessories and the helmet that comes with it. The city edition electronic is very responsive. The price is reasonable than most e-bike in the market. Customer support is awesome.

Really enjoying the bike. It's a fun ride. A few minor modifications I would make, but overall well-built and a great experience.

I recently received my Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team City Edition 750, and I couldn't be happier with the bike itself. The build quality and performance are exactly what you’d expect from this brand—sleek, powerful, and an absolute joy to ride.
The delivery of the bike was smooth, and while I’m still waiting for the smart helmet and a few other accessories (fenders, kickstand, etc.) to arrive in the next shipment, the communication has been clear. I’m really looking forward to getting the full kit together, but if the bike is anything to go by, the accessories will be top-notch too. Highly recommend n+ for anyone looking for a premium e-bike experience!

I really do not have a lot of experience with different eBikes other than the Yamaha CrossCore RC and a Pedego Tandem that we own.
Leaving the tandem aside I love both bikes. The N+ is obviously more sophisticated and since I bought the Yamaha before they decided to drop out of US market the price difference is marginal.
N+ is clearly more powerful, and I suspect the brakes would be as good if not better than the Yamaha's. The N+ is new and the brakes have not bedded in.
The six million dollar question is if I was buying and the choice was either the Yamaha RC or the N+ City Edition, I would most probably have opted for the N+.

Bike looks sleek and ideal for city riding.
Assembly is very simple and fast.
Driving feeling is the best part of it!! Hard to get off the bike after riding!!

Pleased to have it purchased.
