Really happy with the service we…
Really happy with the service we received from Omair from Novopay from start to finish. Really happy with the rates and the whole package. Saving a lot of money compared to the machine we had from Dojo. I would highly recommend.

Poor customer service. Lack of package knowledge.
They will push hard to sell the package without telling you the rates and stuff and promise you a fixed rate for all card types, but not go into detail of actual rates.
They will make you hear all the stuff you want to hear only when the first months statement comes you will see all the nonsense fees added.
Also card device has connection issues although its got a 4g connection it keeps disconnecting.
they even charge for refund. absolutely ridiculous.

Regarding the card device connectivity issue, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Our technical support team is always available to help resolve any issues with our devices. We are constantly working to improve our technology and ensure that our devices are fully functional.
Regarding your comments about charges for refunds, we would like to clarify that we do not charge for refunds. However, there may be certain circumstances where fees may apply, such as chargebacks or returns. Can’t fault these guys at all, everything was done within the timeframe we were promised, the terminals are way more advanced then the ones we had, even our customers seem to think we look a lot more professional. When we got the terminals Umar even video called us to make sure they were set up correctly and everything was running smoothly. I must have messaged him several times after business hours and always got a prompt reply even after everything was up and running. From what I have seen these guys go above and beyond for their clients. Great company and a great work ethic.

Been with Novopay for over a year now for my card reader services and have never had any issues. Great rates, great service and I have just renewed my contract to stay on with them for a further year!

Couldn't recommend Novopay highly enough. The customer service is the best I have dealt regarding card machines. You can always reach them easily whenever you need them and they are very proactive in helping you and solving any issues. No long wait times on the phone or anything. It feels like a very personal service and that is very rare with most of these companies.

Excellent rates and the best provider I’ve dealt with
Best provider I’ve dealt with to date. Got the best rates compared to others, I have now taken out another machine from Novopay. Excellent service by the Novopay team, Minhaj sets up my machines before posting out, it was simply a case of plug and play and you’re ready to go. Very simple and easy to deal with no hard selling salesmen they really do offer the best rates with a polite, professional approach.
