It's easy and faster than any other machines. The creators deserve a pat on back for adapting the new technology in a paying machine to give top notch experience. And the high quality touchscreen is a bonus.

The customer service department
The customer service department, was extremely helpful with my query. She also guided me through with using the novo pay enable me to investigate such queries in the future. She was very polite, patient and friendly throughout the event Fast and friendly support service. Called re log in problems and resolved very quickly and effciently. Lovely to get a friendly person on the on the end of the phone to help.
