On est le 27 février, j’ai entamé une procédure de retour début janvier pour des écouteurs achetés fin décembre à Noël cause doublon, le SAV ne m’a toujours pas remboursé.

De prime abord ils ont refusé mon retour en évoquant le fait que ça faisait plus d’un mois entre le moment de ma commande et ma date de retour : faux, j’avais demandé 10 jours après la commande à retourner le produit, ils m’ont répondu après plusieurs mails de relance ma part 25 jours plus tard… ça faisait donc plus de 30 jours, de leur faute.

Ensuite en me battant avec le service client je peux enfin retourner le produit, ils l’ont réceptionné il y a un mois, et depuis ils m’expliquent qu’il y a un problème avec mon produit, qu’ils ne me rembourseront pas.
Chose surprenante, j’ai retourné des écouteurs neufs… ils sont donc en train de vérifier avec leur équipe. Depuis plus d’un mois.
Une belle bande d’incapables, comme vous l’aurez compris, je ne vous conseille vraiment pas cette marque

Ear(2) scollate

Ho comprato un paio di ear(2), due mesi dopo la scadenza della garanzia si sono scollate. Quindi la cuffietta era divisa in due pezzi e risultava inutilizzabile. Online ho scoperto che non sono l'unica con questo problema. L'assistenza mi ha detto che non avevano mai sentito nulla di simile e come soluzione mi ha proposto di mandarle in un centro assistenza per una riparazione a prezzo da scoprire una volta tornate. Adesso funzionano ancora e stanno assieme con del nastro adesivo.
Per il prezzo è deludente come prodotto e conoscendo il problema dovrebbero sistemarle gratuitamente

Poor after sales support

Bought Nothing Ear (2) a year ago to replace my Galaxy Buds Pro as a treat whilst on a business trip (galaxy buds still work after nearly 4 years). Unfortunately within the year my Nothing Ear LH bud has packed up and won't charge. Reached out to Nothing support to enquire about warranty but wouldn't even consider support without proof of purchase. Won't be buying a nothing product again and won't be recommending.

Also ich habe mir ganz zu Anfang von
Nothing die Ear (1) gekauft für 99€ damals... Bis auf ein paar Störgeräusche und Verbindungsprobleme ab und zu war ich sehr zufrieden was die Preis-Leistung angeht... Danach habe ich mir das Phone (1) gekauft womit ich garnicht zufrieden war... unglücklicher weise kann man diese unausgereifte Technik damit argumentieren, das es ja deren erste Geräte in der jeweiligen Sektion war. Das Phone (1) hat gerade bei der Software viele Probleme gemacht und deshalb habe ich es recht schnell wieder mit einem Pixel Gerät ersetzt.. Jetzt nach etwa 4 Jahren hat sich das Gehäuße meiner Ear(1) auf beiden Buds abgelöst (damit bin ich okay, wie gesagt Preis Leistung war gut). Nachdem ich Kontakt zu Support aufgenommen habe hat sich Herr Mohamed Arafat meines Problems agenommen und ich konnte 2 Rabatt Codes aushandeln für die Ear (3). Ich werde mir diese jetzt bestellen und hoffen das sich Nothing was die Zuverlässigkeit der Technik angeht verbessert hat.
Ich mag Nothing trotz der ehr negativen Erfahrungen und hoffe das ich mich in Zukunft besser auf Nothing Geräte einlassen kann.

so I'm using A2 for about a year now

so I'm using A2 for about a year now. at the beginning was smooth and nice. but for moths now it is a horrible and annoying experience left and right. the NOTHING operating system is so unreliable that slowly the phone is worse to use than my almost 5 year old Moto g(30).
Apps run slow and laggy, constantly requires to delete the cache and to restart the phone. Some apps cannot be solved with that either. Games often don't run on WIFI. At this point I'm sure that never gonna buy another product from them and I highly recommend anyone to think twice before buying one.

Customer Support Required Police Report for Non-Delivery

Ordered on 30 December 2025.
The parcel was marked as delivered but was never received.
I contacted both the courier and customer support. The courier could not provide proof of delivery, and customer support required a police report instead of resolving the issue directly.
I ultimately had to resolve the matter through my payment provider.
Disappointed with how this was handled.

Nothing Phone (3a) 😡

I bought a Nothing Phone (3a) from Media Markt. After a few weeks, one of the cameras started getting dusty from the inside. The dust kept building up, making it impossible to take good photos. Media Markt isn't responding to the issue. It was cleaned once, but it didn't last long—the camera is dusty inside again. Nothing Tech says they can't help because I didn't buy it from an official partner. I don't recommend it; for this price, a cheaper Samsung would be a better deal!

I bought a pair of headphones in late November CMP nothing pro that only lasted a few weeks, I contacted nothing and requested a replacement, 4 weeks on I've had no replacement just a email stating they were being repaired, disgrace of a company they should just replace the headphones like for like, instead 4-5 weeks on I've got no headphones or no idea of when I will get the repaired pair or replacement. terrible company do not buy

Nothing phone bad OS update

I have nothing 2a, since last update. Apps close prematurely, internet and WiFi connectivity issues and battery drain is ridiculous. I only needed to charge my phone every couple of days now I'm having to do it 2 to 3 times per day, lots of other owners have stated the same. The last OS and software update is flawed and very buggy and Nothing needs to get this sorted or it will be the last phone I buy from their brand.

We had our boiler serviced. And there was a problem. But once again, the team at heat tech was very professional and gave us a first class service. Kept us updated with what was happening. Very very happy. Keep up the good work

Customer service refuse to help

Contacted customer service about a problem with THEIR software on the phone, they refused to help as I did not have a copy of my receipt even though I supplied the IMEI number from when I purchased the phone!!! Going to talk to trading standards as the phone is not fit for purpose and get rid of the phone

J'ai acheté il y a quelques mois un cmf phone 2 pro . Quand je l'ai reçu il y avait un souci avec la batterie. Je l'ai renvoyé. Pas mal de temps après j'ai reçu un nouveau, pas du tout de la même couleur ,car il n'y en avait plus et au jour d'aujourd'hui je constate les mêmes soucis. La batterie se décharge à une vitesse incroyable. Je charge le téléphone au minimum deux fois par jour ! Il bug des pages s'ouvre tout seul se ferme toute seule... Vraiment je ne les recommande pas du tout .

Stopped working after 6 months it’s just freezing when connected to the phone app and nothing works tried a lot of troubleshooting and still nothing works contacted CMF customer service and they didn’t do much either refusing to cover the warranty on the watch that is 7 months old
Too bad liked the watch but with the last issues never CMF again

Don’t recommend buying products as you as a customer are left dealing with all problems by yourself

Returned a jumper and they refused to process the refund

Bought a pair of their headphones through Amazon. They were good for an entry level pair and were on sale when I bought them. Had a look at the company’s website and saw they sell clothing as well as electronics. Ordered one of their jumpers. When I received it the fit of it was off so sent it back to the return address along with a covering letter. Couple of weeks go past and no refund so I call and email. Nothing customer support were evasive and this is going on for weeks. Eventually contact my bank who say they will open a chargeback dispute. Five or six weeks go past and then I get an update that the chargeback case has been closed. When I ask my bank why they say Nothing customer support say i didn’t use the return form though there was no return form and just a return address on the parcel I received. Also my bank said because I sent it back untracked that Nothing were able to dispute the chargeback case even though my bank knew all of this prior to stating the chargeback. Seems like Nothing simply refused to process the refund once they realise I’d sent it back untracked and put a return address on their parcels so that customers send parcels back to an address that Nothing can then dispute. Really scummy company that should be avoided.

Le pire smartphone que j'ai eu

Le pire smartphone que j'ai eu (CMF Pro2). La batterie ne tient pas une journée, elle se vide brusquement de façon aléatoire, même sans appli en arrière plan. Mais le comble, c'est la dernière mise à jour qui m'oblige à installer tout un tas de bloatware, de jeux et d'applis comme TEMU. Sérieusement ? A fuir

Ghosted by "support"

Purchased a Nothing 2 phone in December 2024. By September 2025, the buttons were no longer working, so we returned it to the retailer, who despite many escalations refused to touch it. Eventually returned it to Nothing in October. It took a couple of weeks for them to contact us to tell us that it could be repaired. My husband responded to them asking what the repairs were. No response. He has chased many times, no response. The phone has now been out of action for five months, and with Nothing for three. The last contact we had from them was November 28th. They are completely ignoring us, and are essentially holding our phone hostage!
