Northern Pwr Anmeldelser

Patient, knowledgeable, and responsive. Five Stars for sure!

Kenneth John was very helpful and got back to me right away.

The project support team is not professional. I did not know where we are, what will we have to do next...

They were very polite and answered my questions had told us what there were doing

The men were friendly, polite, and efficient. Do to weather conditions it was slower going than planned.

If you connect with this company beware. First of all, the first promise they make is that you will receive multiple quotes. You will only receive one. The experience of the gentleman in the CBC story was almost mine. The price I was quoted was more than three times the market price. That is an ethical problem!

Read an article about how they charged TRIPLE the normal price of a solar system to a poor man and gouged him dry. This was when government was still giving 40k loans at 0% interest and they wanted him to couch up several thousand sand more dollars out of pocket!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

I would just like to say that I've been with Northern power, I was signed up about 4 months ago I've gotten a great amount of return in my investment Troy Ellis was our representative that helped us he was very informative totally trustworthy definitely knew his information and now I'm not paying an electricity bill anymore Plus getting extra money back in return thank you Troy I will definitely refer Northern power and yourself to anybody that has interest!

Troy did a wonderful job explaining and walking me through the process for my first time using this kind of energy, it was a pleasure working with him!

Ward the best. I had no hesitation booking with northern PWR because he is so knowledgeable and I am so excited for this journey. If you aren’t going solar you need to rethink. Book with my guy ward!

Very simple and easy to understand, Ward did a great job explaining the process. Would highly recommend to anyone looking into solar.

Murray is a great and always been honest and truthful with all of our interactions. Would recommend him to anyone I know
Sean

The communication was solid, the service was professional, and the whole experience was fantastic. Thank you to Fred!

I had an excellent experience working with Dana. She provided clear, straightforward explanations at every step and were consistently honest about what would and wouldn’t benefit my home. Her educational approach made the entire process easy to understand and gave me confidence in my decisions. Highly recommend.

Josh and Alex where great to deal with. The installation went smooth. I recommended them to my parents and sisters as well.

Initially I was impressed with my contact with Northern Power, but now I'm struggling to get them to complete repairs to interior walls they mistakenly cut holes in. I'm also finding, now that my system is operational, that I was mislead, or ill-informed, about process and cost savings. When I contacted my sales person for clarification, he did not respond. I advise you to find a different company to get your solar panels from.

Everything. They lie they are over priced. They had sent a photo on where they were going to install the panels then they installed them on the other end of they house now I have to figure out how I am going to do the renos on that .end of the house. It took them 3 weeks to get approval to start the system after all was signed and inspected. They kept giving me excuses that fortis had changed the rules. I guess our system was the first system done after the changes. Right. I was told other lies. To many to get into. After 3 attempts to get someone out to talk to me more lies. When I told him to leave he slammed the door knocking pictures off the wall. If anyone is thinking of using them I would do my due diligence.

Very high pressure, several emails per day, but ten did not show up for planed meeting, no reason, no rescheduling and now don't even have the curtesy to respond to the emails.

Total scam. Stay far awat from these turds
