Efficient smooth process followed.

Kenneth just helped us with our transition to Northen Power. We’re just glad he helped out for this and explain to us why need to join Solar Club. Thanks Kenneth!

All was good except communication, until the end of the process we always were wondering how things were progressing along. My wife was most concerned to the point she started thinking we were being led down a garden path with.

Over the period of time I had more sales people contact me to see if I would be interested in the program

Toward the end communication was stronger and all finished well.

The solar club sign up was quick and efficient and the rates are great for gas as well as power.

I would say these people were fantastic until the money changed hands. Then that was the end of it. My system has been installed for two weeks and it’s not even turned on every time I try to get a hold of somebody I get an answering machine with no callback, I wouldn’t recommend this outfit to anyone totally disappointed.

Our Solar Panels was installed way early than expected. The installation went well and very professional manner . Crews was very polite in providing information and knowledge for the client after the installation.
Alex presentation was awesome giving us a peace of mind in signing the Agreement of getting our solar panel.

Northern Power did an outstanding job installing my solar power system. Their team acted quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and handled with real expertise. I’m extremely satisfied with their fast action and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone looking to go solar!

Friendly, answered all my questions and just great person

A very efficient installation and everything was cleaned as as they worked.
From start to finish we had a good experience and we're kept in the loop all the way!

Starting with James our salesman being very professional and informative to our installation crew who were very professional, efficient, and made sure we were informed about the system and left our house and working area outside spotless, and our office contact Michele in Utah everyone made this a very pleasant experience thanks

Great experience with Northern solar Energy! Kenneth was fantastic to work with-super friendly, professional, and very thorough in explaining how the system works. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. Great job Kenneth.

The sales team was thorough and explained the program, the delivery went smooth and efficient! The panels look great! It’s good to know we are making a difference!

Kenneth very helpful

I had a very concerning experience with Northern PWR LTD o/a Fluent Solar LTD and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

During an in-home visit, I was told they would check if I qualified for 0% financing. At no point was it clearly explained that a loan application would actually be submitted in my name. Later, I discovered that a loan had been opened through Financeit without what I consider to be clear and informed consent.

After reviewing everything, we decided not to move forward and exercised our right to cancel the agreement within the legally allowed 10-day period.

Since then, the experience has been extremely frustrating:
- No response to emails or phone calls
- No acknowledgment of the cancellation
- No confirmation that the agreement or loan has been cancelled

We made several attempts to contact them:
- Sent cancellation by email
- Tried calling multiple times
- Went in person to their Calgary office, where no one was available
- Sent an ExpressPost letter (signature required) to their Edmonton address, which was not received

Despite all these efforts, there has been no response.

In addition, after obtaining multiple quotes from other solar providers, I found a very large price discrepancy. The proposal from Northern PWR LTD was approximately $70,000, while other providers quoted around $28,000 for systems with more panels and comparable or better specifications. This raised serious concerns for me regarding pricing transparency.

Because of this experience, we escalated the situation by contacting Financeit directly and filing a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities.

The lack of communication, transparency, and clarity throughout this process has been extremely concerning.

I recommend that anyone considering doing business with this company take extra care to fully understand what is being signed, how financing is being handled, and to compare multiple quotes before proceeding.

Pretty good experience

I am a relative newcomer to Northern Power but I have found a staff to be very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely personable.

Northern Power offer a range of services such as, natural gas, electrical power, and green energy sources, such as solar panels.

I have found their products and rates for exceeded my original expectations not only for their rates, but also for the quality of their products being offered.

I highly recommend Northern Power for your energy needs, for the quality of products and services, rates offered and exemplary staff.

After months of trying to get through to someone, Frank got my problem solved within minutes. I am very grateful.

I bought these Solar panels through Kenneth. He was very informative and friendly. I have t had a chance to really compare. It seems are bills are still a bit high.
I know they are helping.
All salesmen should tell their customers that when it snows that it will really come down off the roof. Just a reminder as we have 2 dogs. One just missed getting hit by the slide off the roof.
Good Company and very friendly and helpful staff .

We appreciate Jackson from Northern Power for coming at home and explained everything about solar. We are using the solar panel for more than a year now and we happy having it. I thank Kenneth for reaching me to switch from my energy provider to northen power and gave me the lower price.
