From the initial purchase to the customer support from Hassan, the experience was exactly what I would have expected buying a high end sauna.

We waited only 2 weeks for delivery. We did encounter some minor aesthetic issues that were caused during delivery and an issue with the time the sauna took to heat. We contacted them and their response time and customer service was flawless ( thank you Hassan!!). This company is a rarity, they stand behind their products, their commitment to quality has them responding quickly and with care. When we realized we’d need a part replaced Justin ( a founder) called us himself and sent a technician who was professional and knowledgeable solving the issue at hand quickly and even putting it together for us at no extra charge for the minor inconvenience.

We chose this sauna for its good reviews and amazing design. My only regret is buying the one person model, we love it so much we wish we could lie down! We will definitely buy other recovery products from them and I foresee an upgrade to the 2 person in the near future!

I love my sauna so much! The single warms up quickly and is the perfect size. It took a bit of time to ship to me, but the great customer service kept me informed and up-to-date the whole time!

Recently I went on holiday and used a traditional sauna and I have to say that it made me love my Nordik Sauna even more. The air in the traditional sauna is so hot but in mine it is comfortable but my body heats up that I get the exact same results! I need to bring an extra towel in to dry off throughout my session!

It was delivered right to my door and my partner and I were able to bring all the pieces inside. He put the sauna together in an afternoon and the fact that it just plus into a regular outlet makes it that much more practical. The wood is high quality and the built-in speakers let me customize my experience: I can listen to an audiobook, healing frequencies, or my favourite playlist via bluetooth to my phone! The air purifier thing is also a great addition.

The customer service team is amazing, huge thanks to Sayrie for always following up and making sure our products work well. It is so easy to contact customer service and the support is amazing couldn’t be happier with the sauna too. The shipping was super fast considering we were across the nation. we use it everyday and have no problems at all.

I had several back and forth emails prior to ordering, no phone calls, and once the order was placed the time frame it took to get the product was as advertised. It is probably longer than some others but it was clear when I ordered. I emailed at some points of what should have been key timeline points and they were quick to give me an update. Item (2 person sauna) was easy to put together and works as it should. Very pleased so far.

Delivery was delayed but they gave a complimentary robe, which was a nice touch for a shipping problem out of their control. Assembly was well explained and simple to complete. The sauna works well and looks good too.

We are retired seniors and we love our Nordik 2 seater sauna. We have it in the spare bedroom upstairs and use it together at least twice a week. Our son and grandson put it together for us and it just plugs in to the outlet. It has been proven that saunas should now be considered a household item everyone should have since it rids the body of unwanted toxins. We love it!

We purchased a 2-person sauna a few months ago. Everything from purchasing to shipping and receiving it was fairly easy. We even reached out about estimated shipping time and got an answer really quickly. Between my husband and I we were able to setup the sauna relatively quick. We both use it almost every day for about 10-15 minutes (that's enough to get a good sweat on). It's been a great add-on to the end to our workouts and gives us some quiet away from our hectic lives with small kids and our jobs. Highly recommend!

Product is great, and the customer service team has been outstanding.. I love it and I would recommend this sauna I purchased the one person but if I was to do it again I would get the 2 person if you have place.

Although it took a bit to arrive. Set up was very easy from start to finish, takes two people for sure. We have been very happy with the overall experience we just need to get into a bit more of a routine on weekly use. Would and have recommended to friends who have been interested in a sauna like this. Thanks Rob Boyd

Purchased our 2 sauna in March and it arrived within 2 weeks of ordering. Very solid unit, heats up to full temperature and can only stay in about 20ish mins at full heat. Work up a solid sweat during sessions.

Usually I turn the unit on before a workout and its at temp by the time I finish. Wife and I are both really enjoying it.

Service was excellent with follow ups after delivery to make sure everything went smoothly.

After talking to Ramon we were able to come up with a plan.

I ordered the 2 person sauna. I absolutely LOVE it. It was so easy to put together with 2 people, it took just under an hour. It warms up really quick. It's very roomy and looks beautiful in our garage. I love that it is low emf. I have been trying to use it 4-5 times a week for detox and muscle repair from workouts. I love that it's so easy to use. The lights look so pretty and the Bluetooth is great for listening to relaxing music.
It feels like a little spa in my garage. It's one of my best purchases this year!

Delivery was right on time. When it arrived the crate was visibly damaged by the shipper and they immediately took it back to return to Nordik. I reached out to Nordik to advise and they shipped a replacement right away. No issues with the 2nd one. Setup was super easy and we've been enjoying it ever since.

Yes delivery was a little long, but carrier phoned ahead of time to confirm delivery time and day. Worked out well. Only issue we have at this time is technical re my partner cannot connect his phone or iPad to the sauna. But that is I think our issue. Otherwise everything is working out great so far. We really enjoy it and make great use of it. Chantal

Bought an outdoor sauna and ice plunge from these guys back in April. Was worried about shipping something that big to my house but it showed up fine. The plunge is way heavier than it looks, more quality you could say.

Took me and my girl to get it into the garage.
Sauna took a couple hours to build. Instructions were decent. Plunge was basically plug it in and wait to play. I use both almost every day now. The plunge gets cold fast. Sauna heats even. No complaints.

Had a question about the filter on a Sunday. Emailed them expecting nothing until Tuesday. They answered in like ten minutes with all the proper directions.

Not the cheapest out there but you get what you pay for. Five stars.
