Ordered 4 jogger fit cargo pants and black sweater - stone, military, grey and black - all fitted perfectly apart from the black cargos which were too small - got in touch via email and the customer service was excellent, Adam was most helpful in explaining the exchange process and I received the item in a larger size a couple of days later which was a perfect fit - really friendly and efficient service. Very happy with all the cargos and also the black half zip sweater - well done Noon, will use again!

Really good company that has there customers at the front, and adam there customer service rep is great to deal with had a few issues and he rectified them in no time, products are great and the cargos are 2nd to none in my opinion very comfy, lightweight and the stretch material is awesome.

Took everyone's advice and ordered a size up (XXL)

Ordered three pairs of Jogger Fit Cargos on Friday, which were delivered just three days later. They are excellent; great fit and material. Having had negative experiences previously with ordering Cargos online, I am very pleasantly surprised that they actually are what I wanted. I'm a slim 5ft 11 guy and ordered size 34, which is perfect around the waist and the right leg length. The bonus sweater is nice and light and fills a gap in my wardrobe. Five stars!

The cargos were fine quality wise but the light grey ones had a green tinge to them and the black ones felt somehow a different size, even tough both pairs were supposed to be M. I sent them back (tracked) and did have to chase a bit for the refund but they were pretty responsive in the end.

Initially ordered a pair of cargo pants and when they arrived they were slightly to small so I got in contact with them to begin the process of exchanging them for the bigger size. During the exchange process Adam who delt with it was brilliant , very quick to respond and also very informative and knowledgeable about the products. Will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Purchased a pair of cargos for Christmas and they didn’t fit so reached out to Adam, I assume the owner. Via email in which he asked me to send back via RM TRACKED. Nearly 3 weeks later and they will not respond to any emails or instagram messages and still not received my refund. For a small business, run by two brothers. You would think customer service would be there priority to grow and gain loyal returning customers…..

Bought a pair of cargo pants. Fit brilliantly and really good quality. Price point is really good value.
Delivered in a reasonable time.
Genuinely only disappointed that I didn't order a second pair and get the free cap and also that they don't do a hoodie yet. If the price, fit and quality match up I would be first in line.

Ordered a size too small on the cargos, emailed to get an exchange and the customer service was 10/10. Turned around in a really short time and the quality is excellent. Especially when yoy consider the price.

Excellent company to deal with, ordered a few pairs over the last 10 months, recently sent a pair back just because i preferred the jogger fit to the cargo fit and Adam was very helpful, and helped process a pending refund. Will be back without a doubt.

Ordered for the first time. And arrived on time, was slightly small so got an exchange. Adam was so helpful and sorted everything.

Ordered Christmas present, received the wrong item so emailed and sent pictures of the incorrect item delivered. Adam organised the correct item I ordered to be sent out which was received the next day, he also arranged for prepaid postage so I could sent the incorrect item back to them, very prompt customer service.

Excellent company. Cargos are a great fit and high quality. First time ordering, and will definitely be buying from them again.

Do not buy! They are ignoring my request for a return. Have had to initiate chargeback with bank. Do not believe positive reviews on here, especially when they mention how someone called 'Adam' is super responsive with returns and exchanges. You have been warned.

Ordered a pair of cargo joggers which ended being too small for me. Sent Adam an email requesting an exchange and in a matter of days my exchange was sent out to me with Adam being very helpful throughout the process on guiding me how to send the items back and what to include. Will definitely order more in the future as it was an easy process and the cargo joggers and very comfortable and can easily be worn on a daily basis

This was my first time ordering from Noon. I received my parcel within a few days. The quality of the clothing was immaculate and I really loved the designs of the cargos I ordered. The size S was a bit too on the tight side. I emailed Noon to return and exchange, and received simple, easy to follow instructions in a friendly manner. I returned the products and within a couple of days, I received the desired size. It's clear this company put customer service above anything else. Keep it up Noon.

The size I ordered was slightly smaller, I sent a request for the next size up and the exchange was seamless as can be. In the original order there was a card there to explain returns and exchange procedure as well.
