Fantastic experience from start to finish - easy ordering process and then contact from Carl 3 days after to arrange installation.
No fuss on the day and Carl was great at helping go the extra mile to get installed to my desired location .
Really simple to ise and a great product.
Definitely recommended if your looking for a quality sauna

While I can’t yet review for the longevity of the product (it’s day one after all), I feel really obligated to review the service Nook - and in particular, Carl, in the South East of England have provided. It’s has been exceptional.

Ordering online was obviously a breeze and a week or so later, Carl contacted to arrange installation which at the time was way sooner than I expected. Unfortunately I was away on the initial date provided so all was rearranged with no bother and no caveats. Carl got in contact to give me an ETA the day before the rearranged date and arrived bang on time.

Installation was fantastic and fast, with Carl talking me through how to work the sauna and making sure it was positioned exactly where we wanted, while also taking away all the packaging and leaving the room spotless. I then received a text later in the afternoon checking in on the installation, which was a nice touch.

I used the sauna for the first time this evening and functionally, everything works exactly as described and I well and truly got my sweat on.

I did a lot of research on indoor sauna and companies that provided them before landing on Nook - I have to say, the initial experience has been excellent. Top, top customer service and a big high five to Carl!

After a short delay, the sauna was delivered and installed by a polite and helpful fitting team. We are delighted and would highly recommend.

I ordered a two-person Elite sauna, which was on time, and Carl and his colleague were amazing. The only issue was that we couldn’t get it into the building, so we had to reorder a one-person Elite. The delivery was scheduled for two weeks later. After a call with the team, Carl came again the next day and fitted the sauna. They are a very professional company, and Carl was very professional and such a nice guy. The sauna works like a dream. I will be recommending Nook.

The nook elite is exceptional.. we have considered having a sauna in our home peloton studio for some time but until now have never found a unit that meets both the aesthetic and performance we wanted… Nook looks great and is so good from heat perspective… it’s an amazing unit.

Fantastic product, installation lads are fast and take all their empty boxes away with them, there is a delay with delivery's but well worth the wait 👍

I pre ordered my sauna from Nook. It arrived the other week. Charlotte was great in keeping me up to date with the delivery. They came on time and installed the sauna in no time. It exceeds what I thought it would be like. It's solid, looks fantastic and heats up in no time. Very cheap to run. I would highly recommend to anyone.
