Jamie and Nathan installed the elite quickly and showed me how to operate it, used the sauna a few times now and so glad I bought off nook, me and the missus feel miles better, sleeping well and skin is great 👍, heats up fast and even though it's not as hot as a conventional sauna it's hot 🔥 enough 😁💪🔥💯

Billy and mark did a smashing job of putting the Sauna up. It’s really easy to use, and to clean. I’ve had it for nearly a month now, and it’s just the absolute luxury. I feel like a new woman!! Thank you so much .. ❤️

Ordered my Sauna, expecting a 4 week lead time... Had a call from Terry at Nook Bristol , within 2-3 days, and he drove out to the Midlands, installed it within an hour, gave me a fantastic demo, and left ! What more could you ask for. Great guy, great service. Smooth as anything.

Massive shout out to Terry and Ryan who travelled down from Bristol to North Devon to professionally install my sauna. Great customer service and can’t speak high enough of the attention to detail from Terry and Ryan. So glad I went with Nook.

Brilliant service and installation. Very easy company to deal with. The installation team were very quick and knowledgeable.

Mulled getting a sauna for a while, and looked at many different companies. Nook seemed very competitive in price, and included installation which I felt was important. There were a few stories out there about mistakes in self-installation and I wanted to avoid any of that!
Jack was in contact almost immediately after purchase, and provided me with a selection of dates.
On the day, Jack was again excellent with communication and turned up on time. Installation took around 20 minutes and then he demonstrated all the necessary functions of the sauna.
Have used it a few times now, and I am very pleased with it.
Jack and the company couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient.
If you are considering getting a sauna, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Nook.

Ive rented a sauna last year and bought one today and I got the same 5 star customer service..alot of companies need to take note. FIRSTLY you get communication with humans that answer text messages and emails efficiently and really go above and beyond to be flexibile in their installations. The chaps jack and jamie installed the sauna very quickly and went through all the instructions. Used it today and I highly recommend the elite as it warms up quicker as has more panels look forward to health benefits

We were so excited when the Bristol depot opened and we could order our Nook sauna. Terry & Ryan made a great job of getting it in and operational. Looking forward to many happy evenings soothing our aching joints

I ordered my nook sauna about 7 weeks ago, I received a message the week before delivery to ask if the date was convenient and then the night before delivery I had a message to inform of the eta. On the day of delivery I had a call to say the exact delivery time. The sauna was installed quickly and efficiently by Terry and Ryan, who delivered from the Bristol branch, very friendly and informative. Used the sauna this evening, absolutely love it. I bought the Nook Core 2 person.

Recently had a nook elete 1 man sauna of these guys,did all the research and nook kept coming up top everytime so decided to invest as part of my biohacking journey,really glad I did speedy service great communication and decent professional lads came to fit and set it all up ***** from me been in it nearly every night since installed,quality company.

Terry and Ryan did a swift and meticulous job fitting my sauna today. 5 stars for those guys they were great and gave me a fab demonstration of all the workings and features.
I originally ordered on 19th March so the only reason I am giving 4 stars overall is the length of time it took although I am aware now they have only just set up in Bristol.
