Excellent service from the start of ordering to the installation and beyond. The installation team of Bill & Mark were very professional and explained how everything worked. Very happy with the quality of the product. There was a little issue with the door handle but that was sorted swiftly with no fuss. I would highly recommend this company and product.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Henry and Nathan installed the sauna very quick and professional and made sure everything was working. They noticed a small damage on the left panel and said this would be replaced - I wouldn't have noticed it. It was replaced a couple of days ago by Jamie and Nathan2, again faultless service and completed in 30 mins. I love the sauna, use it most days first thing and have already noticed after 8 sessions that the chronic pain I had I'm my right arm is so much better. Would give six * if I could.

From placing my order on the 21st May to receiving delivery and instillation of my Nook Elite 3 person sauna on the 5th June 2026 everything was a real pleasure to deal with. I received quick correspondence with regards arranging a date after purchase with good follow up to check everything was still good to go the day before.

Terry and Jordan were very professional on arrival introduced themselves made sure access was suitable and explained how they would be installing. In what felt like no time whatsoever they had 3 boxes unloaded opened and the parts assemble in location with brilliant efficiency. Terry then went through the checks to make sure all was working properly and explained the operating of it to me. The guys cleaned up all package and took away with them as well which saved me a trip to the local recycling centre for the boxes.

The product is also brilliant. I set it heating for the first time that evening on return from my run, done some stretches and got it when it was around 45deg, very quickly I started building up a sweat and the temperature rose to 60 within around 15/20 mins I had to get out to cool for the first time. I paused the heating at this point and after 15mins got back in and set it to max again, after another 15mins it had hit that and I had exit for second time. It’s very efficient and I felt really good after another cool off and heat cycle.

I can definitely recommend getting one, for the price, tech and quality of build and install if a home infrared sauna is what you want this has to be right up there at the top of the list.

Hired for a month to have a try, will consider purchasing in the future.

Terry and Ryan arrived on time; were courteous and careful in their installation. We're also excellent in explaining the controls and required care to my wife who is a technophobe. Just had first session. Loved it.

Very quick delivery from order. Arranged a week before with a time window tbat narrowed the closer we got to the delivery date. On the day they came all the way from Bristol to Kent. Build setup and handover took 40mins. Very good experiense working with Terry and Ryan

Absolutely spot on service from Nook saunas the entire way through my order from the beginning to the end of install extremely professional! I’m particularly grateful to Terry and Ryan from the Bristol branch as they were on time, extremely polite and respectful and about 30mins later my sauna was installed with no mess left behind!! If you want to take your health seriously buy a Nook!

Great sauna for home . Excellent customer service . It warms up very rapidly . I use some little ceramic pots with eucalyptus essence to mix up with the aroma of the natural wood that this sauna has already and it’s a very relaxing 20 min daily time for me .

Great, quick installation by Terry and Ryan. They made sure I was completely happy with everything and pointed out an issue with my socket that I do need to sort out. But still got me set up on another socket ready to sauna! They had to come a long way from the Bristol branch after my order wasn’t processed properly and there wasn’t stock in London. That just took one phone call to sort out, so I would recommend checking your order goes through properly. Sauna looks great, sturdy and easy to move around if necessary.

All round great service. We rented our sauna for 6 months and then we bought it- absolutely love it!! Always really helpful and quick responses when contacted the company. We’ve had a few call outs- first for the actual delivery of the sauna and then we’ve relocated the sauna to a different room- every time great service, and lovely people!! Highly highly recommend!

Nathan and Jamie, installed my nook 2 elite, did a great job!

Really happy with my Nook sauna. Jamie and Nathan were on time despite an early start and a long drive for them and they had it up and running in half an hour. They were very professional and friendly, taking the time to explain all the controls and care instructions. Great service and would definitely recommend.

Terry and Ryan arrived on time to install the sauna. They were both friendly and professional. Within 40 minutes it was up and running. They gave me a run through of using the sauna, cleaning it and do's and don'ts.
The service from Nook has been fantastic.

Completely seamless service.Installed in 1 hour and all works fantastically, I am sweating profusely at 65 degrees ( which is what I was most worried about). It’s high quality, easy to use, looks fabulous and is amazing value for money. Many thanks to Terry and Ryan from the Bristol office. I am very happy and would definitely recommend.
