Nook have been incredible from the start, delivered and installed perfectly when they said they would, it literally took 30 mins. Customer service has been amazing, they are super friendly and help with any query. I could not recommend this company highly enough and having a sauna at home has saved £££

Great sauna and delivery service. Had the 3 person elite installed today by Bill and Mark who were very speedy and the sauna was up and ready in 30-35 minutes. They ran through the device and buttons and cannot wait to give it a go after exercising!

The whole ordering process was very simple with great communication. Terry rang me the day after the order was placed and informed of the delivery date and installation. Terry and Ryan arrived on time installed the sauna with no fuss and were very helpful and friendly and made the hand over very clear and we couldn’t be happier.

Henry and Nathan installed our Elite sauna today. They were very friendly and professional. They arrived within their time slot and took less than an hour to install. I recently recieved a nook sauna, from start to finish the process and communication was great.
I ordered a used unit from them and i honestly dont believe its ever been used.

Terry and Ryan did a great job fitting the sauna. Communication beforehand was really clear and they turned up exactly when they said they would.
They gave clear instructions on how to use the sauna and we have enjoyed using it since.

Big shout out for Jack and James who arrived on time and installed our sauna in about 30 minutes. The instal was trouble free and the sauna looks great. The handover was very helpful and everything works as it should. From Inquiry to installation it was a good experience and we are very happy with our sauna. Well done Nook!

Easy purchase and quick delivery. Only took 2 weeks from paying to sitting inside the heat. Delivery and installation was simple. Professional build taking an hour. Then good to go straight away. Have used it everyday and already sleeping better and feel great.

Just installed today by Nathan & Henry. They were superb, nothing was too much trouble and all done within half a hour. The quality looks great and I can’t wait to try it out.

I’ll be totally honest—contacting Nook with a product question was a bit of a frustrating experience. The phone lines were never answered, live chat didn’t respond, and my emails went unanswered.

In the end, I managed to find the information I needed by scrolling through various forum Q&As.

After placing my order, I was given a three-week lead time. However, the following week I received a call from one of the installers, who was incredibly helpful. He answered a few more questions and let me know they could fit the sauna the following week, reducing the order-to-delivery time to just under two weeks.

On the day of installation, I received a text with a two-hour delivery window, which was really helpful.

Long story short, the space for the sauna was absolutely millimetre-perfect. What I hadn’t accounted for were the quick-release clips, meaning it initially wouldn’t fit. Ryan and Terry went above and beyond, spending well over an hour carefully adjusting the sauna to make sure everything fit perfectly. Their service far exceeded what I expected from a standard delivery and installation.

I’m extremely impressed with both the quality of the product and the exceptional customer service from Ryan and Terry. Their willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference, and I’m very grateful for the effort they put in.

Terry and Ryan from Nook Saunas in Bristol did a fantastic job installing my one person sauna. Arriving on time, they quickly and efficiently set it up, and then patiently explained the controls to me, a technophobe, in a way even I understood! The controls are easy to use even for me. I love my new sauna and unreservedly recommend this service and sauna. It's attractive to look at too and does not take up much space. I especially enjoy the convenience of the electric cord coming off the top of the sauna. Well designed. Highly recommended all round!
