I ordered a premium kitchen set as I've just bought a my first house and was very excited for it to arrive, delivery date came and went with no updates as to the shipping, I messaged the company to ask and after 5 days they finally let me know that the product I ordered was not in fact available when I ordered it so would not be coming. I asked how it's possible that I spent a couple hundred pounds on a product that doesn't exist but received no response as customer service closed the chat and got notification of a refund to my account

I'm glad the refund was fast but I'm very disappointed that I had to chase this with them as it was a lot of money I could have lost if I had just waited for it to arrive

I ordered the Premium Kitchen Kit over a month ago to arrive at my new property on the day we moved in. With loads of other things to think about it was easier just to get all things delivered in one box.

On the delivery day, I checked DPD and the status was that the box had not arrived with them. I contacted Noah's Box and no response, I then tried all weekend to make contact with no response. Finally on Monday morning they emailed to say they didn't have stock and therefore I wouldn't be getting my order and issued a refund.

I won't be ordering from them again and would advise others not to either.

Purchased this for a gift. The lady was delighted with it.

Ordered on Tuesday evening for Thursday delivery but received no shipping updates so I messaged the chat Thursday pm and then emailed on Friday around midday. Was assured on Friday that Katie was looking into it so left it for the weekend and followed up this morning. Katie got back to me quickly to say that the pottery kit I had ordered was out of stock as there had been a lag on the website stock status so my order wasn’t coming. I was offered to have the other item I ordered or just a full cancellation and I chose to cancel the order. A refund was put through very quickly for me.

However, I should not have been chasing this as a customer. The company should have been aware of the situation and reaching out to let customers know. If I hadn’t chased then when would they have contacted me? Would they have ever gotten around to it?

Gained a star because Katie did handle a refund quickly and was easy to deal with. I’m sure she has a thankless job and Noah’s Box should support her better by setting up proactive communication for customers!

Great all round. Super fast delivery, great product and value for money. I’m a newbie to macrame so bought this to teach myself - looking forward to starting tomorrow

I like the set as everything is in it that you need. The candle pots have a lid which I like and a pen is enclosed to decorate if you choose. I had a packet of matches in one pack but they were missing in the second which is a bit disappointing. The one thing I would say I got this product in a half price promotion so it was a fairly good price. When full price this is extremely expensive and not good value for money.

Arrived quickly,have just had a first go with it.really enjoying it so far.prob enough clay for 4 little things trinket dish size.probably will just get more clay to top up from local art supply though to top up.

Can't say anything negative about the Noah's pottery kit - it contains everything you need from the tools to instructions, just make sure you have something to cover your table. It was delivered really fast. Me and my fiancé had lots of fun and I'm already looking at buying another pack of clay. :)

This is my second Noah box and doesn’t disappoint. It allows me to dip into crafts and see what I enjoy. The pottery box was nicely presented and arrived quickly. Highly recommended.

My order never arrived and I have had no response from their customer service team despite contacting them several times.

Excellent product and 50 percent off off great value for money

Placed an order and was advised a delivery date the following week. Eventually received goods ten days after the delivery date initially advised. Emails and messages were largely ignored.
Also - I had purchased the face pot mould to make candles in. The finished pot has a drainage hole in the bottom and is clearly intended for use as a plant pot.
