Don’t count on getting your order
Not sure if this is a scam or just terrible customer service. I picked a nominated delivery date and it did not show up. I then contacted Noah’s Box and was assured it would be delivered a week later but I still do not have my order. This is meant to be a convenience for people who do not have time to shop around but it has caused more hassle. I have seen other people say this as well - if it is a DPD issue then change courier, and if it is a warehouse issue then sort it out internally! Shockingly bad customer service.

Hi Clare,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I can only apologise for the delay to your order. I completely appreciate how frustrating this must have been for you.
As my colleague explained via email, the delay was caused by an isolated system error. Please accept my apologies that your order was caught up here.
Your full refund was processed yesterday, so I do hope this has been received. Once again, I am sorry for the poor experience you have had on this occasion, and I really hope we can regain your trust in the future.
Best wishes,
Katie | Team Noah

Item never arrived. Ordered a month ago - still no communication from Noah. Can someone get back to me please? I would ideally like the package to be sent as this was a present, if not please refund.

Hi Steffan,
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on our service. I appreciate just how disappointing it is to not receive an order as expected.
In this case, we dispatched your order on time, and unfortunately it seems Evri, the courier, misplaced your parcel during transit as your tracking is halted on the 4th of April. As per our conversation via email, your refund wad processed yesterday and should be in your account within 3 working days.
Once again, please accept my apologies for the delay with your order and I hope we can regain your trust in the future Steffan!
Best wishes,
Katie | Team Noah
Product quality does not live up to expectations
Noah were good with processing and delivering my order quickly. But I feel the poor quality of many of the items made it not good value for money. In particular, the utensils, knives, tea towels were pretty cheap quality. The other items were ok quality but nothing outstanding. Which was a real shame because the website assured good quality products and they clearly didn't live up to their claims.

Hi Zara,
Thank you for leaving your feedback regarding your order. I’m so sorry that you were left disappointed with the quality of some of the products.
We endeavour to source quality products that serve a purpose, aiding ventures into the new with carefully curated Kits. Hearing your thoughts on our product quality is extremely helpful for us.
Once again, I’m sorry we let you down on this occasion and I do hope that the 10% refund I have just processed can go some way to compensate here.
If I can provide any additional information, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Best wishes,

Did not receive my package at all
I did not even receive my package from an order 2 weeks ago. The customer support person said she would come back to me with an update, but there is no response from her yet.
It is highly unprofessional even if this is just something that your support team overlooked.

Hi Nixon,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your thoughts on our service, and I am sorry that we let you down on this occasion.
Your order was dispatched on time by our team, and unfortunately it seems Evri, the courier, misplaced this while in transit to you. I contacted Evri when you reached out via email, and can only apologise that you did not hear back from me while I took some time off. I appreciate this was frustrating.
Your refund was processed yesterday, so I do hope this has since been received although please allow 3 working days.
Once again, apologies for the lack of communication and delay due to Evri.
Best wishes,

Best quality for the price
I received my delivery within 2 days and the quality is far better than expected. It definitely is worth it and much cheaper than buying it all separately.

Communication is Key
The overall value is good and the concept is definitely time saving if you're moving into a new place but the communication issues ALMOST makes it not worth the stress.
Had to use their chatbox about 4 times before getting a response (Which is odd as they answered the most recent message as opposed to the first?) whilst also emailing.
Would seriously recommending the team to invest in better communication as its clearly happened quite a lot looking at the past few reviews.

Hi Jarrod,
Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts, and I'm sorry that our communication let you down on this occasion. I appreciate is is frustrating to have to contact multiple times to receive a response, and this is not something we ever want for our customers.
We always try our very best to respond within 24 hours as mentioned on the website, providing contact is made within our working hours. I am sorry if we did not meet these expectations on this occasion, however I am pleased you like the concept and found it saved you time.
Best wishes,
