Excellent starter pack
I bought a starter pack for my granddaughter's birthday, the quality is exceptional, she is thrilled with it and has already been making things with it, I would definitely recommend Noah pottery sets !!

Fabulous customer service
My box didn’t arrive due to a DPD error and Katie who I dealt with from the Noah’s Box team was amazing in helping me sort this issue out, fabulous customer service and they sent me a new box to replace the one that didn’t show up. Highly recommend Noah’s Box!

The item was bought as a present. The box was delivered on the requested date and the recipient of the present was thrilled with the contents. I await the outcome of the first pottery item!

Product fine; service appalling
The product itself is fine and as described. The customer service was appalling. I was asked to choose a delivery date when I ordered. This came and went with no contact from the company. I had to chase for a response, and in every email, if I asked four questions, only one would be answered. Extremely frustrating company to deal with, and I wouldn’t order anything from them again.

Don't leave the delivery date blank!
Don't leave the delivery date blank!
I left it blank assuming the box would be dispatched asap. After 2 weeks of waiting I contacted Noah's Box and they said it wouldn't be dispatched until I put a delivery date in! A terse exchange ended with Noah's Box telling me it works "super well" for them. Unimpressive with approach to customer service but craft box good.

Excellent products and service!
I bought the 'Head Chef' package for a friend moving into a new apartment. It was delivered very promptly and the products were all of excellent quality.
I then ordered more of their range and was equally delighted with all that I bought.
They represent very good value for money and Noah is a good company with whom to deal. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
