Do not waste your money this is a scam site. Unfortunately I wasn’t smart enough to check trust pilot before purchasing some trainers. Like all the other reviews I had the exact same experience. I obviously didn’t get a refund. They took my money and ran. This is not a store in London either. They are based in Amsterdam and sells cheap stock from china. I was lucky enough to have a fantastic bank that gave me my money back I just hope they have investigated this scam of a company.

Cheap nasty plastic sandals sold as orthopedic ergonomic sandals. They charge £30.00 advise you of royal mail delivery take 2 weeks to arrive, come from China. Sold on eBay for £10.00. I will never buy anything from this company ever.

Ordered shoes described as specifically meant for people suffering from Plantar Fasciitis. Sale price reduced from £90 odd to £49.95. Received some odd emails before shoes finally arrived nearly a fortnight later. Unpacked them only to find they were totally unsuitable, instead of extra padding and arch support they had thin, hard, soles, no support or padding. They were the sort of thing you'd wear for water sports. The companies contact number is automatically answered but no one is here, the email response I got was that refunds are not given on sale items. A complete rip off, the shoes, far from being a bargain were useless, not worth £20 never mind £90! Avoid this company like the plague.

Product quality is rubbish items do not meet expectations. Sizing is not in line with expectations and bears little relation to UK sizing. Delivery took 3 weeks despite writing to cancel the order twice. Refund not available as shoes are a ‘sale item’. Offered 50% off another order but why buy more crap!

Scammers, shit products and shitter service. Ordered shoes in a uk size 5 and they were way too big and fit a size 8.
Would not refund as “items can vary in size due to manufacturers”. This was not a slight misfit. It was 3 sizes too big. Terrible customer service, charge for refund which was the same price as the show so pointless.

Luckily I was able to claim this money back from my credit card company.

This company should be closed down for false advertising and not following their own return policies.

It took over 2 weeks before product arrived. Order what was suppose to be Orthapaedic trainers. Nothing like the quality shown on website. Cheap nasty plastic trainers. No support Still waiting for a pair of sandals Do not use this website

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing anything from this company. I order a chiffon blouse for a wedding coming up but it hasn’t been shipped yet. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Also the name Noah London is totally misleading and it seems they’re in China

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered - all the negative comments also apply to my order. The sandals took over 2 weeks to arrive - the explanation for the delay was the stringent quality checks! They sent the wrong size. When I contacted Noah they said I couldn't return them for a refund as they were at a discounted price. They offered 50% off my next order "as a gesture of good will". I believe that their policy contravenes the law but life is too short to chase this up. And by the way, the quality is appalling.

The product I ordered a dress did not match the description on their website and was off very poor quality. It looked more like a hospital gown. They have refused to refund me and simply said I can have 50% off my next order. They say that as the item was sold at a discount they do not offer refunds. This was not made sufficiently clear at the time of purchase. I am reporting them to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice Bureau but please avoid.

goods took 11 days to arrive. poor quality and did not fit. refused a refund saying it would incur £20 plus shipping costs to China to be paid for by customer. After contacting credit card company to raise a dispute was offered keep goods and refund of 50% would be given. All this dispite advertising as noah London and website stating 30days to reurn for refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I bought a pair of sandals which in the advertising photo appeared to be leather. I then realised they weren't leather and tried to cancel the order but was told I couldn't as they had already been posted. They hadn't.
When the sandals arrived I found they were plastic of some description and tried to return them for a refund. I was told I couldn't.
I referred the company to their own returns policy and they have failed to respond.
My advice would be not to buy anything from this business.

Appalling customer service. Took ages for the item to eventually arrive. They then try to tell you there’s no returns/refunds for ‘sale’ items yet this contravenes Consumer Credit Act rights. Quality of the product is disgraceful. Do NOT buy from this company

This is a scam !!! BE WARNED, company take your money then send you rubbish clothes and if you ever want to return them they say you cant ???? Absolute liad of rubbish please please stay away

I was another one who for some reason didn't check out this company first before ordering, my bad. The shoes received were just laughable in quality. But I went through the motions, contacted the company who gave their excuses, then went straight to my card provider, and Noah gave the refund within 1 day. Online stores still have to provide products that resemble their photos, whether they use the "no refunds for sales items" excuse or not. Just capture photos of what they are advertising vs what you received. Eventually this place will have to shut down once they are rejected by the payment providers who have received the flood of refund requests.

I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Noah London to read the returns policy very carefully before purchasing.

I ordered discounted items which were advertised on the individual product pages with a “30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.” I have screenshots showing this wording beneath both products I purchased.

The order was supposed to arrive on 3 August but did not arrive until 10 August. I had bought the items for a particular event and, because of the delay, I no longer needed them. I contacted Noah London promptly to arrange a return.

I was then told that discounted items could not be returned or refunded. Instead, I was offered 50% off another order.

When I pointed out that I was exercising my statutory cancellation rights as a UK consumer, I was again told they would not accept the return. I subsequently raised the fact that their own product pages advertised a “30-Day Money-Back Guarantee”, with no statement alongside it saying that discounted items were excluded.

I also asked them to explain the legal basis on which they were refusing my cancellation and to explain how their position was consistent with the Money-Back Guarantee displayed on the products I purchased.

At the time of writing, I have still not been provided with return instructions or an explanation that addresses these points.

My experience has been frustrating, but I am leaving this review primarily so that other UK customers know to look beyond the prominent “30-Day Money-Back Guarantee” and investigate the separate returns policy very carefully before ordering.

Where to start with this review, honestly I would give them a minus 5 stars if I could. Absolutely shocking company. Red flag number 1) tried to call the British number listed on their website, inactive. Red flag number 2) emailed reply in the early hours of the morning. Red flag number 3) the so called “quality control check” was taking longer than expected and they couldn’t dispatch the next day as stated on their own website. Red flag number 4) sent the order even after multiple emails asking them to cancel, no response to any of those emails. Red flag number 5) promised that they used Royal Mail as delivery service, in fact they used evri. Item arrived today and they are complete and utter garbage, not even in a box, the international shipping label almost hidden under the evri label. Have emailed asking for return label and have reported them to trading standards. Absolutely stay away from this shoddy company.

The name suggests this is a uk company you are dealing with.

It’s shipped from China. Overseas company operating it. Not sure how’s it legal that a company can add London to their name with no presence here. Non branded. The t&c’s in refund policy say no refund on discounted / sale items - not obvious at point of order. Had I looked on trust pilot before buying I would have spotted this. Lesson learnt .
