I still don’t have my order and the delivery company claims they attempted delivery yesterday despite my CCTV cameras showing nobody came to the door and l was home. Today the order is still not showing as out for delivery despite delivery company saying they would deliver the next day. Why use a dodgy delivery company when you sell nice products?? Not happy…

Delivery service not great
Delivery driver initially took the parcel to wrong address, seemed he hasn't read the address on the label properly - I had to flag him down and redirect him to my door. The box arrived ripped and bashed, and the product inside was dirty. Once cleaned it is fine, but I was a bit disappointed - for a fairly expensive item I did expect it to be looked after better than this.

Bar stools needed to be replaced and this was done very quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Very much appreciated and new stools look lovely in our kitchen.

I needed help from nkuku customer service, nothing to do with their goods I must say it was a problem I had created. I have to say they were very helpful and supportive and my experience was very positive, can’t fault this customer service .

Return policy
Return policy - difficult to use return part of website. Had to pay 10.pounds to return box of 4 cushion covers !! Wouldn't bother ordering from them again.

Excellent product and delivery service
The delivery of our office chairs was within the timeframe specified and the delivery company unpacked them and disposed of the packaging - which was very helpful.
The chairs themselves are very classy, stylish and comfortable.

Disappointed with the jug as it had a very large handle which wasn't obvious from the pictures on the website. It looked a bit unbalanced in the flesh and I decided to return. Sadly no free postage to buy or return.

The shop, and the womman who helped us in the redbrick store in leeds was amazing. I didnt get her name, blonde hair and glasses. She was great, hopefully this will get back to her. She was super helpfull. and the light we bought was amazing. Thanks so much.
